Why didn't TNA push Randy Savage more when he appeared?
He was there and gone. Savage was never signed to the company for any length of time.
I know you will love this, but I have some questions on the old Doink the Clown character. I read that there were four Doinks, and I know that Matt Borne was the first Doink. My question is who were the other three, and when did they play Doink? Also who played Doink during the gimmick battle royal at Wrestlemania X-Seven? Could WWE revive it?
Doink was played by Matt Borne, Steve Keirn (he was the second Doink that debuted under the ring at Wrestlemania IX), Brooklyn Brawler (who was used on the road and in segments with a third Doink), and Ray Apollo, who portrayed Doink as of November 1993 until the end of the character's official WWF run. Appolo does the character on the indy scene and played Doink in the Wrestlemania Battle Royal. One would think WWE owns the character and could bring it back, played by whoever they wanted.
Whatever happened to the old TNA Asylum?
It was a building on the Nashville Fairgrounds that sadly has been torn down.
I seem to remember Nikolai Volkoff doing a Mongolian gimmick for a long time before his Russian gimmick wrestling stars like Chief Jay Strongbow, and Andre The Giant. Is my memory right or am I thinking of someone else?
Nope, Volkoff played one of the Mongols in the WWWF before settling into his more famous Nikolai Volkoff persona.
A random follow up to a question you had about AEW Fight Forever and your mention of the Evil Dead game: do you or did you ever regularly play any wrestling games? If not, is there a genre of games you do enjoy playing?
Not really. I'll play the WWE and AEW games from time to time but I'm not much of a gamer. I spend way too much time working online so I don't spend a ton of time gaming. Evil Dead is one of my favorite film franchises, so that was an exception for me.
El Hijo de Dr. Wagner, what’s his father’s education in?
A doctorate in Lucha, obviously.
