KEVIN KELLY, TATE TWINS LAWSUIT VS. AEW SENT TO ARBITRATION

By Mike Johnson on 2025-06-12 10:28:00

The lawsuit filed by former AEW announcer Kevin "Kelly" Foote and former AEW wrestlers The Tate Twins has been officially moved to private arbitration with The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida  (where the suit was shifted after initially being filed in Pennsylvania) ruling on 6/10 that AEW's push for the civil case to be moved there due to the contracts each party signed was correct.

The court ordered that all parties update them every 90 days on the status of discussions.

Foote and The Tate Twins filed a lawsuit last year, with Foote also suing AEW announcer Ian Riccaboni.

A lawsuit filed by Ryan Nemeth against the company was also recently moved to private arbitration as well.

PostWrestling.com was the first to report on the arbitration ruling.
