Match Number One: Ethan Page versus Sean Legacy for the NXT Men's North American Championship
THey lock up and Page with a side head lock. Page with a side head lock take down and Sean with a rollup for a near fall. Page with a shoulder tackle. Sean with a head scissors take down but Page with a side head lock. Page holds on when Sean tries to send him off the ropes. Sean with a reversal. Sean with a drop kick to the knee and a double stomp to the back. Sean with a drop kick and Page goes to the floor. Sean goes to the floor and he punches Page and chops him. Sean chops Page against the ringside barrier as the go around the ring. Sean sends Page into the apron. Page misses a chop and Sean with a chop of his own. Page gets back into the ring.
Sean with kicks to the back and a moonsault for a near fall. Page sends Sean to the floor and hits a face buster in the ropes. Page sends Sean into the turnbuckles and kicks him. Page sends Sean into the turnbuckles and chops him. Page with punches. Sean with punches but Page with a knee to the midsection. Page with more punches. Sean punches back and they go back and forth. Page with a boot to the head. Page sets for a superplex but Sean blocks it and sends Page to the mat. Sean with a springboard drop kick to Page and both men are down. Sean with punches and a forearm and back elbow. Sean with a back kick and a series of kicks followed by a German suplex.
Sean with a running kick into the corner and he gets a near fall. Sean with a waist lock and Sean gets Page on his shoulders but Page gets to his feet and he sends Sean into the turnbuckles and follows with a rond kick. Sean with a moonsault out of the corner followed by a reverse side slam for a near fall. Sean goes up top but Page stops him with a punch. Page with a head butt. Page with a back breaker onto the turnbuckles and Sean falls to the floor. Page adjusts the announce table.
Page sets for an Ego's Edge onto the table but Sean escapes and sends Page into the ring post. Sean with a drop kick and a flip dive onto Page. Sean misses a springboard 450 and Page with Twisted Grit for the three count.
Winner: Ethan Page (retains championship)
After the match, Saints attacks Page and they fight to the back.
Jacy is with Ava and she asks her about the new signee and she wants to approve things. She says since they are going to be on the top for a long time, they need to build some rapport. They started when Fallon was North American Champion, but it ended. She says Jazmyn might be a champion some day.
Lainey Reid comes in and slaps Jacy and says she is ready for her.
Jacy tells the newbie it won't work.
Lainey says she has nothing to lose and she slaps her again.
Fallon tells Jacy that she needs to do it now.
Jacy tells Ava to give her Lainey tonight and she will put the title on the line.
We go to commercial.
We are back with Sol and Zaria in the locker room doing stuff.
Lash talks to Wren and Karmen and then more people come into yell at Lash.
Wren tells Lash that she cannot do what she wants.
Lash tells Kelani to tell Wren what she doesn't have to do.
Shawn Spears tells Izzi he trusts her judgment and she asks why did she do it. Izzi says there is no half assed commitment to the group. He did not believe in them so why should they believe in him. Brooks lost at Battleground. Brooks is weak and feeble.
Shawn says it was brilliant that she saw something he didn't.
Niko says Izzi eliminated Brooks for them and he thanks her. He says they have a new beginning with the same goals.
Shawn asks Izzi what else does she see and Izzi says she has her eye on something.
Match Number Two: Shawn Spears and Niko Vance (with Izzi Dame) versus Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura
Niko and Inamura start and they lock up. Niko with a side head lock and shoulder tackle but Inamura bounces off the ropes and hits a shoulder tackle. Niko floats over and hits a head butt. Shawn tags in and he chops Inamura. Spears with another chop and Inamura likes it. Inamura blocks a chop and he sends Spears nto the corner and chops Spears many times. Josh tags i and they hit a double slam. Inamura with a chop and Josh with an elbow drop for a near fall. Spears with a shoulder from the apron but Josh stops Spears on a springboard move. Spears with a super kick and Josh with a flying clothesline. Josh slides to the floor and he punches Spears. Izzi teases hitting Josh with a chair and she tosses it to him. Niko with a Northern Lariat to Josh. Niko sends Josh into the ring and he connects with elbows to the clavicle.
Niko with elbows and a short arm clothesline for a near fall. Niko with a punch and he hits a shoulder in the corner. Niko with a flying head butt and he tags in Spears. Spears mocks Inamura and Josh with a punch to Spears. Inamura tags in and connects with a shoulder tackle and chop. Inamura knocks Niko to the floor and he hits a series of chops. Inamura with strikes into the corner followed by punches and chops. Inamura with a splash. Niko with a tag and Josh tags in and he connects with a boot. Josh with a side slam and splash to Niko. Josh goes up top and he punches Spears off the apron. Inamura with a flying shoulder tackle to Spears. Niko crotches Josh and hits a Dominator for the three count.
Winners: Niko Vance and Shawn Spears
We go to commercial.
We are back and Ava wants to know what was Ricky Saints thinking. She said she doesn't want them ruining the show. She says Ricky cannot talk and she tells him to let her deal with it. She does nto want to see Ricky until he is cleared.
Sarah Schreiber is outside the medical room but she says there is some concern over the match.
Kale and Uriah tell Andre they made a mistake dealing with Dark State.
Andre says if they are going to do this, they have to do it his way, the right way.
Kale wants to know what does that mean.
He tells them to show up on time, follow the rules, and follow direction.
Kale and Uriah are in.
Andre says it is time to go back to class.
It is time for a video package for the newest member of the NXT women's roster.
We see her in the bathtub and she emergences to get the right outfit. She doesn't just walk into the spotlight, she is the reason it exists. She is Blake Monroe
Kelani Jordan is at the announce table, but does not have a seat.
Match Number Three: Lash Legend versus Wren Sinclair
They lock up and Lash with a hip lock take down. Wren with a drop kick and an elbow in the corner. Lash tosses Wren away and Wren goes for a sunset flip but Lash windmills to stay on her feet. Wren with a take down and Cattle Mutilation and she walks around to add more pressure. Wren with a Fujiwara arm bar. Lash goes for a slam but Wren escapes. Lash with a bicycle kick. Lash punches Wren in the ropes and Lash has something to say to Kelani. Lash sends Wren into the mat and hits a splash for a near fall. Lash with a bear hug. Wren escapes but Lash with a knee and she misses a splash. Wren with a kick and forearms. Wren with chops and a head scissors take down. Wren with a hesitation DDT and Lash rolls to the floor.
Wren goes for a head scissors off the apron but Lash catches her. Wren escapes and hits an enzuigiri. Wren goes up top and she goes for a cross body but Lash catches her and hits a spinning slam for the three count.
Winner: Lash Legend
We take a look at Lainey Reid. She says she showed NXT their first dose of the Southern Sensation. She thinks she has to wait for the sweetest moment to join NXT. She didn't wait to be a rodeo star or a record breaking track athlete. She has no problem putting her Southern hospitality aside to take advantage. She says she will shock the world.
