What was Kyle Fletcher thinking when he did that spot on Adam Cole?
I have no idea but whatever it was I hope that he never thinks it again. That was a seriously dangerous spot and should never be allowed to happen again. In fact, if I were Tony Khan I would have a long talk with him about his bad judgment.
And given his injury history, shouldn’t Cole have nixed the spot?
I know if I were him I sure would have. He is lucky he didn’t get really hurt on that.
WWE really can’t afford to keep R-Truth? Really?
Well, they certainly could afford it but TKO is not nostalgic. They are about maximizing their revenue. We saw that when they released Braun Strowman, who like Truth was doing great work and should have been a no-brainer to keep. Sadly, talents can get to be too expensive the longer they are in the company. They are bottom line oriented now and talents can see that.
Outside of beating Cena, could R-Truth left on any higher of a note?
Yes, he could have not gotten squashed on Smackdown by JC Mateo. But I get your point. It was nice he had that match with Cena on the big stage before WWE decided to let him go.
Hello! Love the site thanks for all you guys do. My question is in regards to the Vince McMahon trial. I am guessing it’s just semantics till he’s found guilty and given a pardon since that’s the new norm unfortunately. So the trial is basically a waste and Vince struts like nothing happened. Do you see any reason to believe otherwise?
The Justice Department dropped the case against him earlier this year after Donald Trump took office. Could it have been because they thought like you did? I would think there is a distinct possibility of that. The civil case is what is proceeding against McMahon at this point.
