Was Seth Rollins replaced in Captain America: Brave New World with Giancarlo Esposito?
Yes and No. One character was not swapped for the other, but after Rollins filmed his scenes, the film underwent a re-write and Esposito's character was incorporated into the project, leaving scenes involving Rollins and others on the cutting room floor. It was by-product of the changes, not a choice personally about Rollins. It happens quite a bit on Marvel projects.
You noted about the Rick Derringer song "Real American" was Hulk Hogan's theme in WWE, but I do recall the US Express team of Barry Windham and Mike Rotunda using that song first. My question is how did it go from Windham and Rotunda to being known as Hulk Hogan's signature theme?
WWF, likely Vince McMahon, made the call. Barry Windham's exit from WWF at the time may have been a factor, but the reality was the song was perfect for Hogan, who was a vastly larger star at the time. With the exception of the song being for The U.S. Expres on The Wrestling Album, I doubt many would have ever realized the original plan.
Did Roddy Piper ever sing the uncensored version of F*** Everybody?
I don't believe so, but if he did, I would love to hear it.
Why is Deonna Purrazzo not on AEW programming?
I've yet to hear why and I can't imagine a good argument for not having her in the ring, given how good she is at what she does. It may just be she's being held off until they have a good creative idea for her.
What happened to Bob Holly? Haven't heard about him in a long time.
He still makes convention appearances from time to time and several years ago, released a very good autobiography.
