BRON-SETH, THE MAIN EVENT OF MANIA IS, WHO SHOULD BEAT CENA AND MORE

The Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker alliance is giving me Triple H & Batista vibes. It feels like Seth Rollins will become the WWE World Heavyweight Championship before the end of the year with Bron Breakker winning the Royal Rumble, challenging Rollins for the Championship at WrestleMania 42. Do you think this is the route that they will go because logically it makes sense?

I don’t know if they will go that route but I would think at some point Bron has to tire of being the second banana.  He’s too talented to take a backseat to anyone.  And I wouldn’t be shocked if when it comes to that, Paul Heyman sides with Bron.  It’s what his character would do.

Just a couple months ago Bron Breaker was a bad ass IC heel champ that the fans were trying to turn face.  Now he's the #2 and arguably #3 character in the Heyman/Rollins group.  Does he get the rub from being in a group with them or is he taking a step backward?

The plan is definitely to take him to the next level and I think that they will do that.

I get the logic of considering night 1 of WrestleMania a “WrestleMania Main Event”, as it closes the night and is the main event of that night’s card. However, calling Superstars with an only a Saturday WM main event a “WrestleMania Main Eventer” still feels like a participation trophy to me.  Do you agree that the main event of night 2 is the TRUE main event of the entire weekend because that main event has the most impact on the product at large - as the outcome of that match will be the new focal point for WWE TV for the coming year?

To me it’s not even a question, the last match of the event is the MAIN event, and that is Sunday.

You know much more about business than I do and I don’t know how these things work but when do you expect to hear about where the PLE’s will be after the Peacock deal expires?  Don’t they sign these deals months ahead of when they actually end?  I think I remember them announcing the Netflix deal like a entire year before the actual debut.

The deal with Peacock expires next March.  I would think we would know something by the fourth quarter of this year.

Who would you book to be the one to dethrone John Cena of his 17th? If it were me, I'd have L.A. Knight be the one in the ultimate passing of the torch moment.

I think Cody Rhodes has to beat him to take him back.  The booking has hurt Cody so much and thwarted his momentum to the point that fans were booing him.  They have to try and get his heat back by beating Cena.
