Whatever happened to Daizee Haze and Portia Perez? They were two standout women's wrestlers from that era that never got a lot of recognition.

They each retired.  I have not heard what Haze is up to but I know Perez was pursuing her education in NYC the last I heard.  I thought both were very good and thought Perez was absolutely awesome.

When does Joe Hendry’s contract expire?

The belief is sometime later this year.

Do you think if there wasn't a pandemic that we would be getting an unecessary night 2 of WM's?

I think it woud have happened eventually either way.  Wrestlemania 35 ran seven and a half hours with the pre-show.  Anyone who was at Metlife Stadium that night still has squatters' rights!  It was too much on the talent, the staff and even the fans.  Expanding to two nights allowed for more content and an easier viewing experience.    I never saw the expansion as unnecessary, at all.  It allows for a grander week in what WWE wants to be their Super Bowl destination style event.  I wouldn't be shocked to see it eventually go to a three night format if all of the company's TV/streaming rights are ever under one roof, with Night One replacing that week's edition of Smackdown.

Releases are always tough. The main roster folks hadn’t been on tv much, but the NXT ones were somewhat surprising. Have you heard and particular reasoning? A few had been in higher ranking programs very recently.

WWE under TKO is a numbers-driven company.  They obviously wanted to cut back on expenses to make their numbers stronger.

Now that Meiko Satomura has retired, will she continue to be under contract with WWE?

I have not heard she is remaining with the company officially but I am sure that if she could assist the company in Japan or elsewhere, she would be happy to do so.

Now that TKO owns WWE, is the plan to let John Cena do a hard reset? Actually restarting, with the TKO Champion? Deliberately erasing VKM completely in the process???

No.

I am trying to remember a movie where Kevin Nash was a pro wrestler in a martial arts tournament?

I am stretching here but I THINK you are remembering DOA - Dead or Alive, which starred Jamie Pressley and featured Nash as her father:
