TNA owner Anthem Sports & Entertainment has sold its independent film company Gravitas Entertainment to SHOUT Studios, it was reported this morning by Deadline.com.
Anthem purchased the film company in November 2021 for $73 million. Today's sale price was not disclosed.
The company and its films were regularly featured on TNA programming as sponsors and collaboration segments in recent years.
Deadline's reporting indicates a number of staffers for the studio have been let go.
SHOUT! intends to run the Gravitas as a separate brand and is not assimiliating it.
