WWE published a storyline update on WWE Champion Cody Rhodes after he was attacked by Kevin Owens and nailed with a Package Piledriver.
The report stated, "While X-Rays were negative for a fracture, Rhodes has been officially diagnosed with axial compression of the cervical spine, as well as a cervical strain with spasm."
Again, all storyline.
