Spotlight Match: Wild Hound Johnny Rivera vs Cold Rain Conway

Conway is the latest graduate of the BIOPro school but he says he’s friends with Draeger so f*** this guy. Rivera is having his way with Conway until Cold Rain rakes the eyes. Conway stays on him, but Rivera is only playing dead. But backpack slam in the corner. Lariats! A big stampede ends it for Conway’s Thursday night debut and the wild hound stands tall. 

Match 1: Tate Mayfairs vs Fancy Ryan Clancy

Tate faces Fancy Ryan Clancy, in a rematch from last Saturday after Tate drew a DQ. This is already a banger out the gate as they go transition for transition. Mayfairs don’t play fair and a shove Clancy into ref bill. Long beatdown but Clancy finally flies back with a thez press! High cross body for two! Quick back and forth pin attempts! Tate nearly collides with the ref, he doesn’t want to lose like that again…he turns right into a dropkick that ends his night with a L! Clancy makes a point to show that he’s still holding his “Call your shot” contract. How long will that stay in play this time?

 Match 2: Allie Katch vs Vipress

Katch thinks Vipress is her kinda girl and offers her a choice. Vipress decides to stick with us losers in Worcester. Vipress landing some good hip attacks but Allie sweeps the legs on the buckles and crashes her to earth with a lariat. Stinkface in the corner and Allie confidently goes for the piledriver…no! Sunset flip facebuster! Vipress with a Michanoku driver for two! Powerbomb by out of the corner! Kick out! Allie with a quick hit and that snap piledriver ends the match. 

Match 3: World Class Channing Thomas (w/ Sidney Bakabella) vs Landon Hale

Channing thinks this is gonna be an easy night. For a bit, it looks like he might be right. Channing keeps dropping the good doctor on his back. Big tackles into the buckles. Landon with a back stabber! Dropkick into the corner! Corner 619! Slingshot stunner for two! Landon wants the SPO driver but Channing stuffs him. Landon tries for a backbreaker but his knee fails on him. He’s still able to hit a handspring stunner and a big slam…he goes for another springboard but Bakabella pulls the legs…Channing with a baseball slide German and a cradle shock ends the night for the king of world clASS.
 

 Match 4: Alec Price vs Stanley Dragowski

Alec is here to kill our favorites again. And we do love the Polish Eagle. Stanley has a handful of streams he fires into price’s eyes! There’s a game plan! Price dodges the Polish hammer and that is all he’s got though. Price lays in a hell of a one sided beating. Price’s affect is just pure rage. But that almost proves his undoing as Stanley hits a side slam. Price dodges the hammer again…he grabs a cravat to land some knees with the pad down. Stanley with another short rally but Price guts him and blasts a hard knee for the win. On the monitors, Price gets a shot called on him by the Dimepiece Aaron Rourke for Oct 3!

 

 Match 5: Tina San Antonio vs Spike

Tina makes her return to Wrestling Open to take on one of our newest faves. Spike got her first win in Worcester last week but by way of DQ…so she’s chasing that elusive first clean W. This starts slow. Tina is showing how much of a true vet she is. Spike getting her arm tore up and the pain shows. The crowd firing up as Spike fights through the injury. Hard whip into the corner and a ddt from Spike! Michanoku driver! Tina kicks out! Roll up at the rope…Tina pulls the tights and the win is stolen. 

Allie Katch hits the ring fast and piledrives the fallen Spike. Allie has an answer for Gabby Forza. Allie says she’s done with her and Fora will never wrestle her again! The answer to her challenge is NO! Heatseeker piledriver puts a cherry on top and Spike is deeeeeeeed. 

Match 6: The Prodigal Sons (Lucas Chase & Sammy Diaz w/ Brother Greatness) vs Brick City (Julio Cruz & Victor Chase w/ Brad Hollister) 

Sammy and Victor go hard in the opening moments. Real good fight here. Of course, any hope the church has is dashed by the cheap move chemistry of big business. Springboard cutter from Sammy drops Chase! Tag to Lucas! Huge spear and slams to the brick boys. Brick city with a combo world’s strongest slam! Julio eats the post! Double flying knees to Cruz…Victor with the break up! The brawl that breaks out is Completely out of control and the ref calls for the bell. This is a double DQ! The church stands tall in the fight! Lucas Chase doesn’t like this! They came to fight! So next week, they fight again and this time…it’s no DQ! 

 It’s time for a face to face discussion between Swipe Right (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes) and Miracle Generation (Dustin Waller & Kylon King). This is NOT a match. MG has been a way for a while…and in that time, they lost their IWTV tag Belts. But the kings are back home! They may not be champs but they are back where their best memories were made. Cue Swipe Right’s entrance. They admit they did some messed up things to MG in pursuit of the belts and they offer an apology. They said they went too far and offer a hand shake. This is sus af. Dustin slaps it away. Ricky put his hands on Dustin’s father! Brad says times have changed and they need to determine who the BEST tag team here is now. If they are always ready…Swipe Right lays down a challenge for Oct 3th. Kylon hypes up…and accepts. They are STILL the best team in Wrestling Open history. 

Main Event: Big Business (Love Doug & TJ Crawford w/ Big Bacon Brad Hollister) vs Boofsketball (Jermaine Marbury & Desmond Cole w/ Benny the Basketball) 

Doug and Boofa have a decent staredown but TJ sweeps the legs and Big Business is immediately on fire. Doug falls victim to a quick dodge as he’s too interested in talking smack….tag to Marbury! TJ can’t make it better! Cole and Marbury are firing up and taunting the hell out of Doug. Splash legdrop combo for two! TJ pretends he got hit low and Doug with a fist full of petals to Marbury! The tide has turned again! TK shouting and stomping Jermaine in the head. He’s helpless. We rally on the D fence chant but Doug is just merciless. TJ with a big miss and Marbury finally makes the tag! Running boot! German out of the corner! Rolling leg drop for two! Doug tries to interfere but Cole blasts him off the apron! Marbury with the ankle breaker and a combo Kobe/Urange! TJ kicks out?!? Doug posts Marbury! TJ sets up a Style clash bomb that Doug blasts a kick into! Cole used as a battering ram on Marbury! Cole rana’s out of a kill shot! Doug sent into TJ’s knee and is dropped! Doug dodges the swanton!  Doug waiting for Cole’s to stand for the kill. Pedro Dones music hits! Doug and Bacon are distracted! Doug turns back around and eats a Boofasault for the three! Bacon is FURIOUS at this message that was sent! “WE” die next week! Big Bacon ends this at “Dangerous Minds”!
