It is Friday and AEW Rampage was recorded after Dynamite Wednesday at the State Farm Center in Champaign, IL
Our commentary team is Tony Schiavone, Matt Menard, and Excalibur.
Matt Taven and Mike Bennett vs Private Party (Quen and Zay) vs Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal
We start with Taven and Zay and they run the ropes and dodge a series of attacks until Taven gets a drop-kick. Zay hits him with a big slap as he mocks Zay. Zay lays in shots and gets a big tejaris. Quen is tagged in and works over Taven’s arm. Quen is tagged back in and the work over Taven with a double team flapjack. Bennett is tossed to the floor. Quen runs up the ropes to leap onto Taven and Bennett. Taven is rolled into the ring, and he takes down Quen.
Bennett tags in and they work over Quen in the corner with quick tags. Quen is able to escape out the back of a suplex and backs into Lethal’s corner and he tags in. Lethal lays in blows on Taven and then gets a big kick. Lethal tries to get a figure four on Taven, Quen, Zay, and then Bennett. Bennett is able to come off the ropes with a big elbow as we go picture in picture.
When we come back to full screen, Lethal has been worked over through the break and he tags in Jarrett, who runs wild. Taven tries for a rollup after Jarrett struts. Then we get each person getting a big move on the last person to get a big move. Quen gets a pin after a 450, and Taven pushes Zay into the pin to break it up. We get another series of people taking out the last person, but Jarrett got a blind tag. Jarrett gets a figure four on Taven, and Lethal gets on Bennett to keep him from breaking it up and Taven has to tap out.

Mina Shirakawa vs The Already In The Ring Missa Kate
Mina gets a quick win as the announcers put over that she is in between Toni Storm and Mariah May. Mina wins with the Glamour Driver.

We get a promo from Stokely Hathaway and Kris Statlander. He mocks her support system, and says that Willow Nightingale is not street, so a street fight was a poor choice. Stokely calls out a crew member who was laughing, and Kris drops him. She says she will end Willow at All Out.
Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake and Zack Gibson) vs The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd) w/Erica Lee
Truth and Gibson start out, and they trade side headlocks and then Drake tags in. He starts working over Truth’s arm. Truth escapes and gets a scoop slam. He tags in Turbo and then the Outrunners double team Drake. Drake tags in Gibson and they get a double clothesline on Turbo and then Drake kicks him in the back and spits on him as he goes to his corner.
Gibson smacks him around calling him a joke. Turbo escapes, gets a big kick and tags in Truth. They get a double elbow drop on Gibson and covers for one. Drake is tagged in and they hit a double team kick on Truth as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Truth has been unable to tag out as GYV works him over with quick tags. Truth is able to get a slam on Drake, which allows him to tag in Turbo, who cleans house. Gibson holds Turbo so that Drake can hit an insigiri. Turbo is able to get a double clothesline, tags Truth, and Truth climbs to the top. Drake shoves him off, and Gibson gets a throat shot on Turbo. The GYV hit the Doomsday Device, and follows with the high low for the pin and the win.

Nyla Rose vs The Already In The Ring Aminah Belmont
Well, that was short. Choke slam and a beast bomb for the pin and the win.

The last video before the main event is Lio Rush.
Konosuke Takeshita vs. The Beast Mortos vs. Komander vs. Lio Rush
Don Callis joins commentary.
Takeshita and Mortos go after the two others and try to outdo each other with big moves. Rush and Komander escape out the back and shove them into each other and then hit stereo dives. They are both caught, and Mortos and Takeshita slam Rush and Komander into each other. After rolling Rush and Komander into the ring, Mortos and Takeshita have words. They take dives from Rush and Komander.
Rush and Komander trade quick roll ups and kicks. Mortos and Takeshita get in the ring and they go after Rush. Rush is able to avoid them and gets Mortos with a tejaris. Rush avoids Takeshita as he bounces off the ropes until he runs into a big boot. Komander gets back in the ring, and gets a pop-up drop-kick. Komander goes to the top and walks the ropes into a tornado onto Rush and Takeshita. Mortos hits a tornado of his own as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Takeshita tries to power bomb Rush, who escapes and hits a flurry of blows. Rush gets a stunner and Komander takes Takeshita’s place. Rush tries for a tejaris, but Komander counters it. Mortos comes in and gets a lung blower on Komander. Takeshita comes in and runs into Mortos and they both go down. Mortos spikes Komander and Komander gets the déjà vu tejaris.
Mortos and Komander fight in the corner, and they go to the top. Takeshita joins them and suplexes both of them. Takeshita covers Mortos who is covered by Komander and Rush leaps onto the pile, breaking it up.
Komander tries for a poisonrana, but Takeshita blocks it. Mortos goes to the top for a leap onto them, but Komander rolls through and holds on for two. Tekshita and Komander go to the top and Komander escapes and sweeps Takeshita’s legs. He then hits a springboard Poisonrana on Mortos for two.
Komander walks the ropes for a moonsault but Mortos rolls to the floor. Rush dives into Mortos over Komander. Rush hits another dive onto Mortos. Rush goes to the top and is knocked off the top by Mortos who then hits him with a spear. Mortos hits a backbreaker on Komander and Takeshita takes out Mortos with a running knee. Komander rolls up Takeshita for two. Takeshita hits a blue thunder bomb on Komander, and then a falcon arrow for the pin and the win.
Winner: Konosuke Takeshita
