Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling announced Konosuke Takeshita vs. Josh Alexander as the first official match for their 10/19 and 10/20 premiere events in Windsor, Ontario at St. Clair College. The shows will stream live on TrillerTV.
Previously announced for Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling (which will use the initials MLP, likely to prevent confusion with MLW) are the former Jinder Mahal, Trevor Lee aka Cameron Grimes, Gisele Shaw, and KUSHIDA.
The Scott D'Amore production will resurrect the Maple Leaf brand, which was use by the Tunney family in the territory era. Tickets are on sale at https://www.mlpwrestling.com.
