NXT Orlando House Show results 8/24/2024 Englewood Neighborhood Center Orlando, FL NXT held a house show in Orlando, FL tonight.
Sarah Schreiber was the host for the evening.
Match 1) Nathan Frazer & Axiom beat Tyson DuPont and Tyriek Igwe with a Golden Ratio from Axiom to Tyson for the win.
Match 2) Layla Diggs defeated Ajiea Lee Hargrave via a roll up pin when they were exchanging pinfalls.
Match 3) Dante Chen defeated Jasper Troy via double palm strike.
Match 4) Derrian Gobourne defeated Zena Sterling via roll up.
Match 5) Wren Sinclair with Myles Borne defeated Kendall Grey via Headlock Driver.
After the match, Wren said she had gotten Myles a championship match for tonight. Oba Femi came to the ring.
Match 6) NXT North American Chanpionship Match Oba Femi (c) defeated Myles Borne with Wren Sinclair via pop up powerbomb.
During intermission, they filmed a segment with Eddy Thorpe DJing in the ring with fans around ringside to air on NXT TV. Thorpe had his right hand in a cast still.
Gallus came out for a tag match. Hank Walker and Tank Ledger came to the ring. Joe Coffey said he only saw two of them had they went back and forth before Joe Hendry entered to team with Hank and Tank.
Match 7) Joe Hendry, Hank Walker, and Tank Ledger defeated Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, and Wolfgang) when Joe Hendry pinned Joe Coffey following a Standing Ovation.
Match 8) Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx) with Fallon Henley defeated Meta Four (Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend) via a roll up from Jazmyn on Jakara with Fallon helping for leverage behind the referee’s back.
Match 9) Trick Williams defeated Kale Dixon via Trick Shot.
Match 10) NXT Women’s North American Championship Match Kelani Jordan retained over Izzi Dame following a Split Legged Moonsault.
Match 11) NXT Championship Match Ethan Page retained the NXT Championship over Je’Von Evans and Malik Blade in a triple threat match in about eleven minutes. Ethan pulled Malik in the way of a Springboard Cutter from Je’Von and dumped Je’Von to the floor to pin Malik and retain.
Je’Von took a mic and put over Malik after. He mentioned how hot the crowd was and led the crowd in a “We are NXT!” to close the show.
NXT returns to the Englewood Neighborhood Center in Orlando for an NXT Live Event on October 12th, 2024.
