The currently scheduled opening segment for tonight's edition of WWE Monday Night Raw from Cleveland is Seth Rollins giving his SummerSlam referee's instructions.
One would think that CM Punk and Drew McIntyre will also be appearing in the first segment, so WWE is gunning for a big first quarter hour.
Raw will air on SyFy tonight due to Olympics coverage.
