Damon Kemp (Bobby Steveson), the brother of Gable Steveson announced that he is no longer under contract with WWE and has exited the promotion:

Kemp signed a WWE developmental deal in 2021. He last wrestled for the company on the 6/25 edition of NXT TV.
Kemp is noting on his Instagram account he is taking bookings as of 8/13, so it appears he will continue on in the business.
