Any update on the Teddy Hart case?

No, he no showed a hearing in April (again), leading to a bench warrant being issued for his arrest.  Several days later, it was rescinded, but we have not been able to ascertain exactly why.  Hart is not currently incarcerated in Florida and there have been no additional court dates set.  So, we don't have any real updates as of this writing.

Why would WWE bring the Royal Rumble or Wrestlemania to Saudi Arabia?

Money.  Lots and lots of money.  When you are publicly traded, it is your duty to make as much money for your shareholders as possible, and there's a lot of money there.

What was the biggest drawing ECW match? Like the equivalent of Andre vs. Hogan at Wrestlemania 3. Also, what ECW match would you say is the pinnacle of their craft? Like the Steamboat-Flair or Shawn-Bret (or whatever you see as the best) of ECW.

The best drawing feud in ECW history in terms of tickets sold was The Dudley Boyz vs. Tommy Dreamer, Sandman, Spike Dudley, New Jack, etc. after the Dudleys broke Beulah's neck in New Orleans. 1998 was the best year for ECW financially.  To me, artistically, the best era of ECW was February 1994-April 1997. The pinnacle of the company from a pure wrestling standpoint was, to me, easily Eddie Guerrero vs. Dean Malenko, followed by Rob Van Dam vs. Jerry Lynn.

Who was the greatest gimmick of all time?

While there have been others who have morphed from one persona to another, I don't think there has ever been another performer who was been able to regularly evolve and change their work, yet still maintain their level of overall importance and excellence for a company beyond The Undertaker. So, to me, The Undertaker is the greatest gimmick of all time.

How long until we see CM Punk or Roman Reigns or Cody Rhodes hosting an episode of SNL?

I could see it in the year or so ahead, especially if its timed with a big movie or TV role.
