If you’re Chris Jericho, how jealous of Randy Orton are you, over the fact that the people of Lyon France sang along to his theme louder than any AEW crowd ever sang along to Judas?
If I am Chris Jericho I would have already realized that I have stayed around on TV way too long and that I need to take some time away in hopes that some day people will care about me the way that that they used to. I would be honest with myself and realize my theme song has truth in it. What have I become? Exactly what I railed against as a young man. Now I am the old guy hanging on and glomming from the young talent. So, I wouldn't be surprised that people care more about Orton than me. I would be honest with myself.
If Chris Jericho, Edge or Daniel Bryan come back to WWE, do their careers and star power become instantly revitalized, as the fans haven’t seen them for a while? What about Moxley, who looks like he’s aged 30 years since he left?
I think they would all get a big pop if they returned, for sure. More than half of WWE's fans probably have no idea that they are even wrestling right now as Dynamite draws less than half of what Raw does and about a third of what Smackdown garners. Even if those people are aware that the men are wrestling, they aren't watching so they would be excited to see them again in a WWE ring.
Any interest in doing a Mt Rushmore of ring announcers? Does Howard Finkel make it? Does Samantha Irvin make it too?
Hmmm, that's tough. I think Fink has to be there because he's an icon. Irvin is awesome, she really is. The other two? Off of the top of my head I will go with Lilian Garcia and Michael Buffer.
Drew McIntyre has REALLY stepped it up as the foil for CM Punk’s first major feud since coming back. He’s totally eclipsed Punk vs Rollins. Any chance Punk vs McIntyre ends up being a better program than Punk vs MJF from two years ago?
As long as they stay healthy, I think Punk vs. Drew will top Punk vs. MJF. The stage is much bigger and the structure behind them is much better.
Doesn’t it point out how many terrible people there are on X when Jim Cornette says nice things about Samantha Irvin, she thanks him and then people attack her?
Yes, it sure does. It also points out that brothers and sisters should not procreate. There are soooooo many losers out there in Twitterland.
