I am watching old Raws.  Steve Austin comes out and tries to ruin the announcement about Mike Tyson being involved in Wrestlemania.  Big moment, but did they ever explain what the "original" Tyson announcement was going to be?

No, because they didn't need to.  That aspect of the story didn't matter.  What matters was Austin getting into it with Tyson.

I was wondering why you haven't commented on the Paul Levesque comments at the Backlash presser?

I have.  I spoke about it in great detail on the We Don't Need No Stinkin' Name Show this past Wednesday for quite some time and you can hear it there.  It didn't matter what websites were mentioned, Levesque would have responded the same way.  WWE has been nothing but apologetic privately, but as I said Wednesday, I don't need to be in their media room to do my job and if I never walk into another media room or get invited to another press conference, fine, it  doesn't bother me and won't stop me from doing my job.  I've had conversations with WWE about the situation but I am choosing to be professional and leave those between the two parties, for now.  I was most upset for Sean Ross Sapp catching the stray since it was right after the death of his Grandmother and the timing was beyond unfair to him and his family.    PWInsider.com has been around for 20+ years at this point and we don't need anyone's validation, except those reading and subscribing to the site.  I don't need to defend the site.  Anyone who thinks we aren't credible is just stupid and I'm not concerned about stupid people.

I just read your article on the NWA reviving the Mid-America title, How can that be considered an NWA title when Memphis continued to use it after they stopped working with the NWA? If you look at the history of the tile, it was still being utilized and won by Jerry Lawler after they started working with the AWA? How can the NWA lay claim to it when it was still being used under the AWA banner, and then was merged to become the CWA world title? I guess I'm confused so any information would be helpful.

The NWA can do whatever they want.  The other companies are long out of business and they didn't own any rights or trademarks to the title.  It's an asset that Billy Corgan, who does actually own the rights and trademarks to the NWA, can utilize all he wants.

Do any wrestling streamers have any of the classic World of Sport wrestling shows from the UK?

Nothing currently.  WWE did try to purchase the library many years back but nothing came of it.

Whatever happened to WWE buying the WWC video library?

They own it.  Whether we see anything from it remains to be seen.  At least portions of the library were damaged when WWE acquired it.

If you were an omnipotent wrestling promoter and were able to summon eight of the greatest submission/technical wrestlers in their prime, past and present, for a tournament to crown the greatest of all time, who would you choose?

It doesn't matter, because Billy Robinson would win.

I know that it would bring WWE gajillions of dollars and that a lot of people inexplicably aren’t as grossed out about it now as they were five years ago, but just how bad would the optics be if Saudi Arabia hosted WrestleMania?

I think a whole lot of people would lose their mind, with good reason.

Who owns the rights to Ready To Rumble?

Warner Bros. produced that movie, so it resides in the WBD archives.
