Didn't Johnny Ace's attorney say that he was a victim of Vince McMahon? Why is he now saying he's aligned with McMahon and wants arbitration?
His attorney certainly did. They obviously decided to change their stance as part of a legal strategy to get the matter resolved (they hope) behind closed doors to prevent additional embarassment and possibly limit Laurinaitis' monetary damages.
A reader who is a litigator also pointed out the following....Just because Laurinitis and McMahon both want arbitration, it doesn’t necessarily mean that they are aligned on any other issue at all. It just means that they (their lawyers) agree that arbitration is the proper forum.

There was a pre-trial hearing this week. The trial is still listed for 5/20. I don't have additional details yet.

He's publicly listed as an Urologist in Hershey, PA, so it would appear he is still practicing medicine.
What are your all-time favorite championship belts? The Winged-Eagle WWF Championship belt and the NWA Big Gold Belt World Title are among my favorites.
I always had a personal affinity for the "Big Gold" title as well as the WWF Intercontinental Championship belt that Randy Savage and Ricky Steamboat battled over. Obviously, the ECW World Championship belts, both the original and the second version, I liked as well.
Who created the Knockouts division?
It was Dutch Mantel and Scott D'Amore behind the scenes but I'd give additional credit to Gail Kim and Awesome Kong for putting it on the map forever.
Where is MVP?
He's still with WWE and recently earned a black belt in jiu-jitsu.
