This is Extreme, The theme song to Extreme Championship Wrestling was used as Paul Heyman's walkout music at the WWE Hall of Fame as well as his moment on stage last night when the WWE HOF Class of 2024 were acknowledged on stage at Wrestlemania 40 Night Two.
When reached for comment about the song's inclusion for Heyman's Hall of Fame appearances, Harry "Slash" Grivas, the composer and vocalist for the song, first used at ECW Barely Legal in 1997, told PWInsider.com, "It was unexpected as I thought he’d come out to the current theme music of Roman Reigns but I was humbled and honored to have been a tiny part of the induction of Paul Heyman. I thought the Philadelphia reaction to the tune was insane, cementing the song’s place as one of the greatest wrestling themes ever created, but I would remiss to think that Paul Heyman woudn’t have gotten an equally huge reaction if he came out to any other or no music at all."
