For those who have asked, there is no update yet on William "Billy Jack" Haynes. Portland Police confirmed to PWInsider.com that Haynes remains hospitalized in Portland, Oregon but will be booked into jail and charged in relation to the death of his wife when he is released.
Local media reports indicate Haynes had recently fallen and injured his ribs prior to the incident where his wife was killed.
