It is Saturday and this week, AEW Rampage was recorded after Dynamite at Target Center in Minneapolis, MN. Our commentary team is Tony Schiavone, and Excalibur.
Danhausen, Trent Beretta, Orange Cassidy, and Hook vs Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, Angelo Parker, and Matt Menard. w/Jake Hager
The heels attack before the bell, knocking everyone out of the ring except for Danhausen, and Uno works him over in the corner. Danhausen is able to get a boot up when whipped across the ring and hits a hurricanrana and then tags in Hook. This leads to everyone in the ring and throwing hands. The faces are able to get simultaneous suplexes on the heels and then have a group hug. Everyone then hits a finisher on the previous person in the ring until we get to Hook hitting all of his opponents with a T=Bone suplex.
This leads to Wheeler Yuta’s music plays and he comes to the stage and joins commentary. Menard takes advantage and suplexes Hook. This then leads to Uno’s team working over Hook with quick tags. As they work him over, we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Hook drops Menard with a clothesline. Trent gets the hot tag and runs wild. Trent tags in Cassidy after Trent has taken out the Dark Order. Cassidy works them over with kicks and then a drop kick. Cassidy gets the stundog millionaire, but Uno gets a big boot and Something Evil for two, broken up by Trent.
Reynolds tags in and puts Cassidy on the top. Trent hits a release german from the top to free Cassidy. Danhausen tags in and Menard gets in his face, and Danhausen curses him. Danhausen puts on Hager’s hat, and Hager gets in the ring.He charges at Danhausen, and when he misses Cassidy and Trent pull down the top rope so he goes over it and to the floor. Menard grabs Danhausen, and Parker grabs the hat. Hook puts the Redrum on Parker, Danhausen gets the surprise roll up on Menard for the pin and the win.

In the back, Renee Paquette is with Anna Jay, Ruby Soho, and Saraya, and Saraya complains about Angelo Parker. Parker shows, and Anna says she doesn’t want them with them in their match, and Saraya agrees. Ruby shrugs her shoulders as Saraya pulls her off screen.
Tony Schiavone is in the ring to speak to Sting and Ric Flair. He tells the crowd that Sting’s last match will be at Revolution on 3/3/2024 at the Greensboro coliseum. Sting discusses his history with Minneapolis, Flair then talks about how he started in 1972 in Minneapolis. He then talks about how he was with Sting in 1988 and he will be there at the end.
Having been there, they cut Flair talking about training in Verne Gage’s barn, going over all of the work they had to do before Verne would let them in the ring.
Renee is with Skye Blue, Kris Statlander, and Hikaru Shida and she asks them about the changes since Full Gear. She asks if they are working to get momentum on their side. Statlander and Blue discuss how Statlnder didn’t get pinned to lose her title and Shida says they need to concentrate on winning tonight.
Powerhouse Hobbs, Kyle Fletcher, Konosuke Takeshita w/Don Callis vs The Already In The Ring Renny D, Jah-C and Kit Sacket
And in 45 seconds, it’s over.

Don Callis grabs a mic afterwards. He says that Jericho and Omega could be two of the best of all time. It was hard to hear him live with the crowd booing, and it’s the same on TV. He says the Callis Family will dominate until there is no place for Omega and Jericho to hide.
In the back, Prince Nana is with Brian Cage and he’s hired the Workhorsement to help them tonight, and if they show they are able to win tonight, he will see if they can be a part of the Mogul Embassy.
Anna Jay, Saraya, and Ruby Soho vs Skye Blue, Hikaru Shida, and Kris Statlander
Statlander and Anna start off and after a takedown, Shida tags in and they double team Anna for two. Blue tags in and before she can get started, Statlanders tags herself in, and then Blue tags herself in. Statlander tags herself in and Shida tags in to stop them. Saraya tags in and Shida puts her in the torture rack. Bleu tags in and Saraya is able to drop her after an attack in the ropes and we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Blue has been the babyface in peril as she is worked over with quick tags. Statlander and Saraya tag in and Statlnder hits a blue thunder bomb for two because no one ever wins with a blue thunder bomb. Anna breaks it up and pulls Saraya back to tag in. Saraya gets a running knee and Anna covers for two. Statlnader counters with Queenslayer with a back suplex, and everyone gets a finishing move on the last person in the ring.
Anna holds Statlnder after a J Kick for Soho to kick, but Statlnaders pulls Anna into Ruby kick and tags in Blue. Statlander hits a front facing electric chair on Soho, and Blue hits Cody Blue on Soho for the pin and the win.
Winners: Skye Blue, Hikaru Shida, and Kris Statlander
As Soho’s team yells at her for losing, Blue and Statlander celebrate in the ring with Shida.
And now, it’s time for the Main Event.
Penta, Komander, and Hijo del Vikingo vs Brian Cage, The Workhorsemen (Anthony Henry and JD Drake)
Cage and Komander start off by running the ropes and Cage stops all of Komander’s attack and tosses him over his shoulders. Penta tags in as does Henry and Henry gets a drop kick on Penta. Vikingo tags in and he wicks over Henry in the corner. Vikingo gets a 450 leap into a hurricanrana out of the corner, and then hits a corkscrew kick.
Drake tags in and calls for Vikingo to chop him. Which he does. Drake calls for another chop and gets it. Vikingo runs the ropes and Drake chops him as he runs by. Drake then hits a throw on Vikingo. Vikingo is able to get a running tijeras. Komander then hits a drop kick on Drake, knocking him out of the ring. Vikingo’s team leaps on Drake team on the floor and we go picture in picture
When we return to full screen, Penta hits a casadora on Cage leaping into a DDT of the Workhorsemen. Kaomnder is tagged in and hits a dropkick, and then Henry is launching into the air where Vikingo kicks him in the air. Komander hits a lung blower on Cage and holds him as Vikingo hits a flying stomp on his back. Penta hits a flying stomp from the top for two.
Komander tags in and is shoulder blocked out of the air by Cage. Cage and the Workhorsement triple team Komnder and cover for two, broken up by Vikingo. Everyone then gets a huge move on the last person to hit a big move. Henry tries for an insigiri as Cage holds Komander, but Komander dodges and Henry kicks Cage.
Cage is NOT happy about this, and drops him with a discus clothesline and leaves the ring. Nana tells Cage to leave. They go up the ramp as Pentas hits the fear factor on Henry, and Komader hits a moonsault from the top rope, and Vikingo hits the 630 senton for the pin and the win.
Winners: Penta, Komander, and Hijo del Vikingo
