Matthew Heiler sent word that legendary World Class Championship Wrestling announcer Bill Mercer, now 97, appears in the new Hulu documentary JFK: One Day in America.
Mercer was working as a Dallas correspondent when President John F. Kennedy was assasinated, was present at the Dallas Police Headquarters that evening and was actually the person who told Lee Harvey Oswald that he was being charged with the crime.
Mercer began calling professional wrestling in the 1950s and was with WCCW until 1987.
