Michael Liedtke sent word that the excellent 1999 Barry Blaustein documentary Beyond the Mat, which covers the lives of those in the professional wrestling world, including Terry Funk, Mick Foley, Jake Roberts, Chyna, ECW, Mike Modest, Tony Jones, Koko B. Ware and '90s California independent promotion APW, will receive its first ever Blu-Ray release from Australia's Via Vision, which often releases its titles region free.

The extras would be from previous DVD releases. There was a VHS version that featured previously unreleased scenes but they do not appear to be included in this new version.
