As we reported earlier today, Pretty Deadly's Elton Prince suffered a separated shoulder and will be out at least a few weeks.
Ridge Holland took to Twitter to state that the injury happened when Prince took a bump after being hit with a Pounce, wanting to get ahead of anyone claiming it was Holland's belly to belly suplex, which is the spot where Big E was injured.
Holland wrote:
So to set people straight before they get all pissy! It wasn’t the belly to belly…..it was a wonky landing from the pounce.

PWInsider.com was told prior to Holland's tweet that Prince's injury was a "freak thing" and that there was no one to blame, it was just one of those things that happen thanks to the physicality of the business.
