CM PUNK AND MORE POST-DYNAMITE PROMOS, A LIKELY NEW AEW SIGNING AND MORE

AEW released the following post-show Dynamite promos:

John Hennigan will return to AEW on this Friday's Rampage.  While nothing has been officially announced, the belief among those backstage was that he has signed with the promotion.  We have also heard he will be utilizing the name Johnny Television (possibly Johnny TV) for the company.

Jim Ross was not at last night's taping.  Everyone at PWInsider.com wishes Ross nothing but the best.

Jeff Hardy won't be working the AEW Canadian dates due to his previous legal issues.

The initial hope was to do CM Punk vs. KENTA for the Owen Hart Foundation tournament but it didn't come together.

Next Saturday's AEW Collision will be taped Thursday 6/29 in Hamilton, Ontario.  If anyone is attending, PWInsider.com is seeking live reports.  We are told there is a Canadian holiday that week, which is why the episode is being pre-taped.  The plan is to be live weekly.

Speaking of Collision, we have heard from Warner Bros. Discovery sources that the company was thrilled with the broadcast audience and the overall engagement for the first episode of the series.

The online pre-sale for the Wednesday 8/16 AEW Dynamite & Rampage taping in Nashville, TN at the Bridgestone Arena is currently active at Ticketmaster.com using pre-sale code 3X6AEW.

Although he didn't work the taping, Ryan Nemeth was backstage last night.
