CM Punk was spotted this morning in Philadelphia by the legendary ScrapDog.
He is scheduled to do commentary for the CFFC MMA promotion there, which is running the 2300 Arena.
So, before any rumors get started, Punk is in Philly, not Los Angeles and won't be appearing at Wrestlemania 39.
