AEW DARK ELEVATION EPISODE 108 RECAP
Tony Nese & Ari Daivari w/Mark Sterling vs. Lane Summers & Campbell Myers
The match begins with Nese backing Myers into the corner, Myers gets free and Nese cracks him with a series of kicks. Daivari tags in and he double teams Myers with Nese, Daivari gets Myers in another corner while landing some chops. Daivari follows up by dropping Myers with a knee lift followed by a super kick and drop kick, Nese tags back in and he nails a cornered Myers with more strikes. Daivari tags back in and Myers manages to get a tag to Summers, Summers starts cleaning house against the opposing team. Daivari fights back and he nails Summers with a head kick, Nese throws Summers into a cutter from Daivari. Nese then takes out Myers with a dive while Daivari lands a frog splash on Summers for a three count.
Winners: Tony Nese & Ari Daivari w/Mark Sterling
Nyla Rose & Marina Shafir vs. Briar & Sage Hale
The match begins with Rose dropping Briar before kicking her in the head, Shafir tags in and she nails some strikes on Briar followed by a judo throw. Shafir traps Briar in the ropes before kicking her in the head, Shafir misses a kick and Briar nails her with a corner clothesline. Briar misses an enziguri and Shafir hits her with a release German suplex, Sage tags in and Shafir trips her up before tagging Rose in. Rose traps Sage in the corner before landing a few strikes, Rose then drops Sage with a hard Irish whip into the corner. Shafir tags in and she gets Sage in a front headlock, Shafir then hits Sage with a pump handle overhead slam for a near fall. Rose interferes and she nails a trapped Sage with a top rope knee drop., Briar hits the ring and she works with Sage to knock Rose out of the ring. Shafir gets Sage with a submission and she taps out.
Winners: Nyla Rose & Marina Shafir
Willow Nightingale vs. Maggie Lee
The match begins with Nightingale backing Lee into the corner before letting her go free, Nightingale then gets Lee in a headlock. Lee gets free and Nightingale drops her with a few shoulder tackles, Lee mocks Nightingale and she cracks Nightingale with a few elbow strikes. Nightingale recovers and she drops Lee with a pounce, Nightingale then hits a cornered Lee with a cannonball followed by a doctor bomb for a three count.
Winner: Willow Nightingale
The Firm (Lee Moriarty & Big Bill) vs. Zack Clayton & Anaya
The match begins with Clayton backing Moriarty into the corner while landing a few strikes, Clayton then hits Moriarty with a corner clothesline. Moriarty fights back and he eventually nails Clayton with an arm drag, Clayton recovers and he nails Moriarty with a clothesline. Anaya tags in and he cracks Moriarty with a few strikes, Moriarty fights back and he drops Anaya with a float over DDT. Moriarty then hits Anaya with a corner clothesline before drop kicking him in the back, Clayton interferes and Moriarty nails him with an enziguri. Clayton interferes again and that allows Anaya to catch him in a roll up for a near fall, Bill tags in and he immediately levels Clayton with a big boot. Bill shoves Anaya into the corner before landing stereo avalanches with Moriarty, Moriarty tags in and he lands an assisted full nelson bomb with Bill for a three count.
Winners: The Firm (Lee Moriarty & Big Bill)
ROH Women's World Title Proving Ground Match: Athena (c) vs. Tootie Lynn
The match begins with Lynn nailing Athena with a shotgun drop kick followed by a head kick, Lynn goes for a tornado DDT and Athena blocks it before landing a slam. Athena follows up by leveling Lynn with a forearm strike for a three count.
Winner: Athena
After the match, Athena drops Tootie Lynn back first on the hardest part of the ring before stretching her along the ring post. Emi Sakura hits the ring and she holds up Athena's title belt, Sakura then hits Athena with a spinning neck breaker.
Matt Hardy, Ethan Page & Isaiah Kassidy vs. Spanish Announce Project (Luther, Serpentico & Angelico)
The match begins with Angelico going after the arm of Kassidy, Kassidy gets free and he goes after Aneglico's arm. Angelico then drops Kassidy with an arm drag, Kassidy fights back and he hits Angelico with an arm drag followed by a leg lariat. Hardy tags in and he nails the arm of Angelico with a middle rope elbow smash, Kassidy tags back in and he nails the arm of Angelico with an axe handle smash. Serpentico tags in and he cracks Kassidy with a few strikes, Kassidy recovers and he nails Serpentico with a rana. Hardy tags back in and he double teams Serpentico alongside Kassidy, Serpentico distracts the ref so Luther can drop Hardy with a clothesline, Angelico tags back in and he gets Hardy in a straightjacket hold. Luther tags in and he nails Hardy with a suplex, Serpentico tags back in and he gets slammed onto Hardy by Luther. Luther then hits Hardy with a knee drop so Serpentico can get a near fall on him, Hardy fights back and he nails Serpentico with a side effect. Page tags in and he immediately starts cleaning house against the opposing team, Page then connects with a power slam on Serpentico for a near fall.
A brawl breaks out between both teams before Serpentico gets triple teamed, Page then hits Serpentico with a Twist Of Fate. Kassidy tags in and he nails Serpentico with a swanton bomb for a three count.
Winners: Matt Hardy, Ethan Page & Isaiah Kassidy
Riho vs. Diamante
The match begins with Diamante tripping up Riho before getting her in a headlock, Diamante then hits Riho with a shoulder tackle for a near fall. Diamante mounts a downed Riho while landing some strikes, Riho fights back and Diamante nails her with a few slams. Diamante sends Riho into the corner before landing some strikes, Diamante gets Riho on the top rope and she follows her up there. Diamante sets up for a superplex and Riho defends before knocking her off the ropes, Riho then nails Diamante with a top rope double stomp. Riho sends Diamante into the middle rope before landing a 619 for a near fall, Riho goes for a northern lights suplex and Diamante defends by landing strikes. Diamante then hits Riho with a spinning neck breaker for a near fall, Riho fights back and Diamante nails her with some German suplexes. Riho goes for a roll up and Diamante counters with one of her own for a near fall, Diamante and Riho exchange some strikes until Riho rolls up Diamante for a three count.
Winner: Riho
