Several readers sent word that WWE's Alexa Bliss revealed today on her Instagram Stories that she had been treated for skin cancer and was now "all clear."
Bliss responded to fans about the situation, writing on Twitter:
Thank you! Don’t worry, short healing time. Always get your skin checked! Esp if you are in the sun or use tanning beds! Lol

There was a spot on my face yes- that had gotten worse. So went to get biopsy. Was basal cell carcinoma. During my procedure doc also found other squamous cells. Was a quick and easy procedure. Glad I always get my skin checked ????

Bliss had not been on the road for WWE since the 2023 Royal Rumble. As PWInsider.com reported at the time in the Elite section, Bliss was not factored into WWE's immediate plans after her loss to Bianca Belair at that event. As I said at the time, the belief was she would be taking what was descibed to us by sources as "a break." The reasoning for that break may have just been revealed.
