JEFF HARDY LEGAL UPDATE

This afternoon (February 23rd), Jeff Hardy entered a written plea of Nolo Contendere for all three counts for which he was charged in Volusia County, Florida. 

Hardy withdrew his plea of not guilty on all three charges (Driving while License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, DUI [third offense within 10 years], and Driving Violation Driver's License Restriction).

Hardy was sentenced to 38 days in jail on each count with credit for 38 days served to be served concurrent with each count.  Hardy is to be on probation for 24 Months. 

Hardy was assessed court costs of $586 and a $4,000 fine. 

Hardy's driver's license has been suspended for 10 years. 

His vehicle has been impounded for 90 days and his vehicle will have an interlock device for 2 years. 

Hardy is also required to attend DUI or a Drug Rehab Program and perform Community Service.
