LEGAL UPDATES ON LATEST FOR SYTCH, HARDY, G-RAVER AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2023-01-31 14:43:00

We've had a few reader questions about some legal cases.  Here are updates:

Trenesha Biggers - There has been no movement in the criminal case against her in Texas or the civil lawsuit she filed in New York against the State of Texas and others.  The civil case has not had any updates since October 2022 and it does not appear Biggers paid the fees related to moving the case forward, asking instead they move the case forward without them.  A warrant for her arrest is, as of this morning, still active in Texas after she did not appear for the long-delayed criminal trial for charges interference with child custody and "aggravated kidnapping facilitate."  Biggers' civil case was filed from a New York address, so it may be she has left Texas.

Brandon "G-Raver" Graver - Graver was released on an unsecured bail of $75,000 on 1/9.  There is a hearing on 2/2 regarding having the case against him and the other person authorities found in his car joined for one trial.  Pennsylvania Court records indicate Graver has been charged with:

-Manufacture, Delivery or Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, which is a felony in Pennsylvania.
-Violation of Hazard Regulation.
-Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
-Intentional Possession of a Controlled Substance by Person Not Registered.
-Possession of Marijuana - Small Personal Use.
-Driving Under Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance.
-Failure to Keep Right.
-Failure to use Safety Belt - Driver and Front Seat Occupant.
-Careless Driving.

Jeff Hardy - He has a pre-trial hearing on 2/23 in Florida.    There had been a mention previously in court records of the two sides trying to come to some sort of plea deal in regard to his DUI arrest, but nothing official has been reflected in the court records.

Tammy Sytch - She has a pre-trial hearing on 2/16 in Florida.  The court had been waiting, at Sytch's attorney's request, for depositions with law enforcement members involved in her arrest, to be completed before the latest hearing.  There has been no additional movement in the wrongful death civil lawsuit brought against her and her fiance from Whitney Hill, the daughter of the man who passed away after Sytch's car crashed into him, Julian Lasseter.
