VINCE COULD GO EITHER WAY, AEW ONLY HAS SO MUCH CONTROL, LEARNING PROMOS AND MORE

Given that over the past two decades Vince McMahon has shown an almost criminal disregard for logic and common sense and with everyone saying that selling to NBCU would be the best and most sensible choice, doesn't that pretty much ensure that's the one scenario that won't happen?

Nope, not at all.  It makes it 50/50.  He has made curious business moves in the past, such as his failed war with DirecTV over PPV cuts.  But he has also made brilliant calls, like starting the WWE Network. In this case, I truly believe it will come down to whoever offers the most money, or at least the figure he has in his mind.  If someone offers less than that, it gets dicey.

Why can Nick Wayne work for GCW and not AEW?

My guess is because GCW doesn't care that he isn't 18 years old yet and AEW does.

With how good Sami Zayn is on the mic, did ROH totally blow it by never having him speak?

He's great now.  So is Seth Rollins.  But remember, when Rollins came to WWE, the weakness people felt he may have was his promos.  WWE is great at teaching people how to do them.

If Tony Khan controls the booking for AEW, how could Warner Bros./Discovery legally stop him from booking the Briscoes on TV?  Can WBD block any wrestler from appearing on their network if they felt there was sufficient reason?  And, if WBD did not give their approval to book Mark Briscoe on Dynamite this week and Tony decided to go ahead and book him anyway, what would be the repercussions for AEW from booking Mark without WBD's approval?

Simple.  Khan controls the booking.  WBD controls what they allow to air on their TV.  Khan doesn't have carte blanche to do anything he wants on their networks.

I just read the latest Q&A where one of the questions is how Stephanie McMahon was the person most responsible for the WWE Women’s Evolution but I do think that Triple H should have gotten equal credit for phasing out the model-type women and replacing them with indie wrestlers and mixed martial artists who do not fit the “Diva” mold. But what if Triple H replaced John Laurinaitis back in 2005 to 2009? Would the likes of Sara Del Rey, Mercedes Martinez, Asuka, Daizee Haze and even Kharma been hired by the WWE instead of the likes of Kelly Kelly, Alicia Fox, Maryse and the Bella Twins?

HHH deserves a ton of credit for the evolution of the women as well.  But remember, Ace gave Vince McMahon what he wanted.  Steph and HHH were able to build the women in NXT first, away from Vince’s purview.  He couldn’t have done that on the main roster.  Ace got Vince what he wanted for Raw and Smackdown.  Steph and HHH brought in the future.
