It is Friday and AEW Rampage was recorded after AEW Dynamite. We are in Indianapolis, IN at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum. Our commentary team is Excalbur, Jim Ross, and Tony Schiavone.

Darby Allin vs Cole Karter

Darby has a bat and when Nick Comorado charges him, Darby beats him down with it and then leaps onto Cole at ringside. Darby smashes Cole’s hand into the ring steps and then tosses him into the ring where Darby starts with punches in the corner. Darby hits a pair of drop kicks and then Cole rolls out of the ring.

Darby sets up to go off the top, but Cole gets on the apron and knocks him down and then power bombs Darby into the ring. He rolls Darby into the ring and slings Darby into the corner twice. He then power bombs Darby into another turn buckle. He follows up with a drop kick and then poses against the ropes. The fight goes to the outside and Darby is tossed into the ring steps.

Darby is rolled back in the ring, and Cole hits him with a series of knee strikes on a prone Darby and gets a two count as we go picture in picture.

When we return to full screen, Darby dodges a leap onto him in thje corner. Darby takes control with a chop block, but Cole is able to fight back with an elbow strike. Cole tries to power bomb, but Darby is able to get wrist control and twists Cole’s fingers to take control. Darby slams Cole around and then hits a Code Red for a two count.

Darby crawls to the corner and goes to the top. Cole gets up to knock Darby off the top and then hits a Falcon Arrow off the top for a two count. Cole goes to the top and goes for a 450 splash, but Darby gets out of the way and grabs Cole with an arm bar and a scorpion death drop and then hits a Coffin Drop for the pin and the win.

Winner: Darby Allin

In the back, Renee Paquette is with Keith Lee and Shane Taylor from Ring of Honor shows and asks him what is with him leaving family, since he left Shane Taylor six years ago. He challenges Keith Lee at Final Battle. Swerve shows up and Keith asks if he can even count on him.

We get a recap of the Dark Order’s feeling about Preston Vance’s betrayal of them.

Renee Paquette is in the ring to bring out The Acclaimed. Bowen says that Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett interrupting their scissoring means they want a chance at the titles. He says they have to wait their turn and he announces they will be facing the Best. The Gunn Boys come out to interrupt. Then Jay Lethal, Jeff Jarrett, and Sonjay Dutt come out to confront them.

Billy Gunn interrupts them. He say they want the best and we get FTR’s music. They come to the ring and they all shake hands, so it looks like we’re finally getting this match.

We get a video of Hikaru Shida and The Bunny for their match next week.

Private Party vs Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett

Lethal starts with dominating Isiah Kassidy as they trade arm bars and waist locks. Jarrett tags in and they keep up the attack but Kassidy is able to get a hip toss, but Jarrett is able to hit as fist to Kassiy’s head. Kassidy gets up and locks on an arm bar. He tags in Mark Quen, and Private Party gets in a series of double team moves. Kassidy tags back in and Jarrett is able to stop him with a poke to the ye, and when he goes to the floor, Lethal tosses him into the steel steps as we go picture in picture.

When they return to full screen, Kassidy is able to get the tag to Quen and takes Lethal down with a cross body and a drop kick, and Quen leaps onto Jarrett on the outside. He then gets the silly string, goes to t eh top for a 450, but Lethal dodges. The ref is working to get Kassidy out of the ring so she misses the pin by Quen. Jarrett enters the ring and holds Qwuen for the Lethal Injection by Lethal, who then gets the pin and the win.

Winners: Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal

Renee is in the back with Saraya who says that she has chills because she never thought she’d be in the ring again. She talks about how important it was for her to have family there, and he match was important for the women’s division because they had three women’s matches on the pay per view.

Athena vs the already in the ring Dani Mo

Athena hits a series of suplexes and a slam, but when she pins Mo, she pulls her up at two. Mo tries to fight back, but Athena beats her down and then stomps her off the second rope. Athena then hits the power slam with a kick for the pin and the win.

Winner: Athena

Athena tosses Mo out of the ring and tosses her into the ring steps. A pair of two more referees come out and try to stop the attack, but she gives one more attack to Mo before going to the back.

We then get a video from Juice Robinson, and he challenges Samoa Joe from the Ring of Honor TV Championship.

In the Mark Henry interview segment, QT Marshall says he wants a lumberjack match because he doesn’t want any shenanigans. The Best Friends are told that they can’t bring axes to the match, and Mark Henry cuts off Orange Cassidy before he can speak.

We have a video from Darby Allin that he wants a match for the TNT title and he will accept the stipulation that Wardlow be banned, and he will also ban Sting from ringside on Wednesday.

Orange Cassidy (All Atlantic Champion) vs QT Marshall in the Lumberjack match

Not to be That Guy, but QT Marshall in a main event? Really?

The Best Friends come out with axes, and the Refs take them away.

They run the ropes and Cassidy drop kicks QT out of the ring, and he’s tossed back in. QT tosses Cassidy out of the ring and he gives the soft kicks to the lumberjacks. QT comes out and Cassidy tosses him back in. QT hits a back breaker and tosses Cassidy out of the ring. Matt Hardy rolls Cassidy in and Ethan Page tells Matt Hardy to go to the back because he didn’t attack Cassidy. He also tells Private Party to join him and we go picture in picture.

When we return to full screen, both men are down. Cassidy gets up and the Factory gets in the ring, the Best Friends get into the ring and toss them out and leap onto them. QT tries to attack Cassidy, but Cassidy turns it into the stundog millionaire. Cassidy escapes the diamond cutter, and Cassidy escapes a pop up power bomb and turns it into a hurricanrana and follows with a DDT.

Cassidy sets up for the Orange Punch, but the Factory members pull QT out of the ring. Cassidy goes to the top, and QT leaps up and kicks him down. QT sets up for a power bomb on the apron, which I hear is the hardest part of the ring, but Danhausen gets on the aporn and Curses him. QT flips him the bird and the lumberjacks start fighting and Cassidy hits the Beach Break on QT on the apron.

Cassidy leaps onto the lumberjacks. QT slides into the ring. Cassidy goes to the top and Penelope Ford gets on the apron to distract, allowing Kip Sabian to get on the other side of the apron. He pushes Cassidy into the Diamond Cutter from QT, who covers for two. QT poses for another diamond cutter, but he runs into an orange punch and a beach break and Cassidy coverrs for the pin and the win.

Winner and still All Atlantic Champion: Orange Cassidy.

Cassidy leaps onto Kip Sabian, and he and Cassidy fight up the ramp and the lumberjacks fight at ringside.

THEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT.

The House of Black is in the ring and the beat down anyone who comes into the ring. And we are desperately out of time!
