The National Wrestling Alliance vs. Lucha Libre AAA has been announced for the 4/23/23 World is A Vampire Music Festival, which will be headlined by NWA President Billy Corgan's band The Smashing Pumpkins in Mexico City.

The NWA touted:

PWInsider.com is told that Corgan was able to place professional wrestling in so it will be a key part of the show where the music will stop, leaving professional wrestling as the only thing taking place in the center of the stadium.   It is not a case of wrestling being in a side tent as a secondary attraction.  The show will take place in the center of the stadium itself.

The expected attended is to be in the 40-50,000 range, so it will be a massive live audience for the NWA brand.

Other musical acts announced for the festival include Deafhaven, Turnstile, The Warning, Peter Hook & The Light, Ekkstacy, and Chelsea Wolfe.
