Nova, Hollywood Nova, Super Nova, Simon Dean
In 1990, Mike Bucci graduated from Toms River HS East with a dream. In 1992, he graduated the pro wrestling school taught by grizzled veteran “Iron” Mike Sharpe. 30 years later, his contributions to the wrestling business don’t go unnoticed. He pretty much invented or popularized most of the exciting flashy moves you started to see in the mid to late 90’s.
From ECW to WWE and just about everywhere in between, Nova carried the town of Toms River on his back. Whether publicized or not, he truly became TR’s hometown representative in the wrestling business.
His career started there and we think it’s only fitting that it ends there for one of the Garden State’s most successful pro wrestlers.
We invite everyone who’s ever been a fan of any version of Mike Bucci to join us.
