NBC's Young Rock is currently working on casting someone to portray WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart, PWInsider.com can exclusively confirm.
We are told they are seeking to cast someone to play Hart circa Wrestlemania 13, which would have been his legendary match against Steve Austin in Chicago. They are working on the idea of Hart possibly recurring as a character in the show, depending how the direction of the season goes.
As PWInsider.com has previously reported, Young Rock is moving filming from Australia to Memphis. They will kick off shooting the third season next month in advance of an 11/4 premiere.
