Internally, WWE is stating they had 48,000 in attendance tonight at the 2022 Summerslam PPV in Nashville. That would be way higher than they were hoping for. There should be an official announcement shortly.
For those who have asked, Kevin Dunn is there tonight in his regular role as lead producer for the event. He is not directing and normally, is not the person in the director's chair.

WWE aired a promo during Summerslam for Charlotte Flair during a commercial break for Peacock. Whether that is a sign she is returning shortly or not remains to be seen. Flair is in Nashville, but we haven't heard she is at the PPV.
