MLW FUSION REPORT: APOCALYPTO MATCH, AND MORE

We begin with comments from Jacob Fatu about Bestia 666.

Cesar Duran walks in the back and he sees Arez. Duran tells Arez he will talk to him about a problem.

Match Number One: Holidead (with Gangrel and Dr. Dax) versus Chik Tormenta

They lock up and Tormenta with a chop. They lock up again and Holidead with a chop in the corner. Tormenta with a chop and they continue the exchange. Tormenta misses a clothesline and Tormenta with a drop kick. Tormenta slides to the floor but gets back in the ring when Holidead goes to the floor. Tormenta with a suicide dive onto Dax and Holidead.

Tormenta goes back into the ring and Holidead with a kick when Tormenta goes for a suicide dive. Holidead with an Irish whip and clothesline into the corner. Holidead with another Irish whip and clothesline. Holidead with a suplex. Holidead with an elbow drop to the leg and she applies a rocking chair. Holidead kicks Tormenta in the back and Holidead releases the hold. Holidead pie faces Tormenta. Tormenta with a kick to the back of the leg and she follows with a rana. Holidead with a spinebuster for a near fall.

Holidead gets Tormenta on her shoulders but Tormenta with an elbow to escape. Tormenta with a splash into the corner. Tormenta goes up top and hits Meteora for a near fall. Tormenta goes back up top and misses a moonsault. Holidead with a butterfly gourdbuster for the three count.

Winner: Holidead

After the match, Rich Bocchini interviews Holidead and asks her what is next. She says she is running through the Featherweight Division. The dark days are coming.

We take a look at what 5150 did to escalate their feud with the Von Erichs.

We go to the Von Erichs in Hawaii.

Marshall is using a whip and he explains to his father why he is doing that. Kevin tells Marshall not to let the anger get to him. He says there is only one thing to do. Keep your eyes on beating the hell out of them in Texas.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Alex Hammerstone has arrived at the building and he sees the Von Erichs. Ross invites him to Hawaii but Hammerstone says he is afraid of sharks.

Match Number Two: Octagon Jr. versus El Dragon versus Hijo de LA Park versus King Muertes for the Caribbean Championship

All three opponents go after Muertes until the crowd chants for him and it appears that it is enough to make them back off. They ignore the crowd and all three attack Muertes in the corner. Muertes clotheslines Octagon and Park, and follows with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker to Dragon. Muertes sends Octagon to the floor and then he does the same to Dragon. Muertes and Park exchange chops. Park with forearms and Muertes with a punch to Park. Park with a rolling elbow. Muertes with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Muertes with clotheslines in the corner. Muertes with a punch to Park.

Park with a boot to Muertes. Muertes with a choke slam for a near fall. Muertes grabs Dragon by the mask and Muertes catches Dragon on a handspring move. Dragon with elbows and a head scissors take down. Octagon with a twisting arm drag off the turnbuckles followed by a spinning heel kick to Dragon. Octagon with a springboard drop kick to Dragon. Octagon with a satellite head scissors. Park with a chop to Octagon and he gyrates. Park with a head scissors take down while Muertes and Dragon stay on the floor. Park with an enzuigiri from the apron and he follows with a cross body. Park with a head scissors to Octagon and Octagon goes to the floor so Muertes re-enters the ring. Park with a kick to Muertes but Muertes with a power slam for a near fall.

Muertes grabs Dragon and Dragon floats over but Muertes with an Irish whip and he misses a clothesline. Dragon with a clothesline into the corner and he goes to the apron for a springboard elbow drop on Muertes for a near fall. Octagon with a forearm to Dragon and he sets for a twisting butterfly suplex. Octagon goes up top while Muertes and Park stay on the floor. Octagon with a 450 splash but Park breaks up the cover.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Park with a destroyer to Octagon for a near fall. Dragon breaks up the cover and Muertes gets in the ring as well. Muertes with a DDT to Dragon and a spear to Park. Muertes with clotheslines in the corner to all three men. Muertes runs into a super kick from Octagon and Park with a lungblower. Dragon with a rolling cutter to Muertes. Octagon with a springboard splash and he poses while Muertes rolls out of the ring. Octagon blocks a kick from Park and gives the leg to Dragon. Octagon with a super kick to Dragon and he tries for an enzuigiri but Dragon moves and Octagon kicks Park instead. Dragon gets on Octagon’s shoulders and Park goes up top and hits a cross body on Dragon and Dragon with a modified lungblower to Octagon. Park with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex into the corner on Octagon. Muertes pulls Park to the floor and Park clotheslines Muertes over the guardrails into the crowd.

Park goes up top and this a cross body on Muertes in the crowd. Octagon avoids Dragon and Dragon with an Irish whip. Octagon sends Dragon to the apron and Dragon with an enzuigiri. Dragon goes up top and Octagon with an enzuigiri followed by a Spanish Fly power slam off the turnbuckles for the three count.

Winner: Octagon Jr. (new champion)

After the match, Octagon Jr. celebrates his victory.

We go to 5150 and Rivera says that Dallas smells bad. He says he hates it here. Next week, we have the bunkhouse brawl. You weren’t expecting Hernandez to be in the house and he beat your ass and put you through a table. We are going to beat your ass and send you back to the barns. There is nothing you can do about that. Loyalty is more important than family.

The stage is being set up for Cesar Duran as we go to commercial.

We are back and we take a look at Calvin Tankman.

He says growing up in Indiana, he played any sport. He says wrestling was his first love and he was talked out of it and he played football. He had a cousin Travis and they would watch wrestling. He would repeat catchphrases of the wrestlers and do things wrestlers did. He loves wrestling more than anything he has done. He says heavyweight hustle is a mindset. He says he never saw his dad quit. If he needed something, his dad gave it to him. That is where he learned about hard work and sacrifice. You can knock me out, but I will never quit in the ring.

Match Number Three: Jacob Fatu versus Bestia 666 in an Apocalypto Match

Fatu misses a charge into the corner and Bestia with punches. Fatu pushes Bestia away and Bestia leaps to the turnbuckles. Bestia kicks Fatu and hits a rana. Fatu with a punch to the midsection followed by a head butt. Bestia slides to the floor and Fatu with a suicide dive. Fatu sends Bestia into the ringside table a few times. Fatu with punches and he chops Bestia against the ring post. Fatu with punches and another chop. Fatu sends Bestia into the guardrails. Fatu misses a chop and hits the ring post. Bestia with a double sledge to the back but misses a chop and hits the ring post.

They return to the ring and Fatu goes up top and hits a cross body for a near fall. Fatu with a punch and he goes to the floor to go under the ring for a chair and throws it into the ring. Fatu throws another chair into the ring. Fatu gets back into the ring and he puts the chair in the turnbuckles. Fatu with a punch. Bestia with a forearm and Fatu with a punch. They go back and forth. Fatu with a power slam for a near fall.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Fatu with a punch in the corner and he runs into a boot. Bestia counters a power slam with a tornado DDT. Bestia gets a near fall. Bestia gets a chair and puts it in another turnbuckle. Bestia goes for a cutter but Fatu with a handstand to avoid it. Fatu with a super kick and a pop up Samoan drop but Bestia counters into a crucifix cover for a near fall. Bestia sends Fatu into one of the chairs in the turnbuckles. Bestia with a muscle buster for a near fall. Bestia puts a chair in the center of the ring and he hits him with the other chair in the back. Bestia hits Fatu again and puts the chair on the mat. Bestia with forearms and punches. Fatu with a pop up Samoan drop for a near fall.

Fatu with an Irish whip and he runs into an elbow. Bestia with a destroyer for a near fall. Bestia goes under the ring and gets a board and brings it into the ring. Bestia hits Fatu with the chair and then he puts the board between two chairs. Bestia with forearms and Fatu with a pop up Samoan drop and a double jump moonsault for the three count.

Winner: Jacob Fatu

We go to Cesar Duran and he says he hates talking to the press because you don’t know how to appreciate the best lucha libre in the world that I give you. He says that honey is not made for the pigs you are. I felt obliged to make this announcement. The next World Championship match will boil your blood and make history. He says that the challenger will go to the extreme. He brings out Richard Holliday.

Holliday says the time has finally come for the top of the mountain of Major League Wrestling to get the change that it needs. The sole proprietor of The Dynasty . . .

Alex Hammerstone shows up and gets in Holliday’s face.

Alicia tosses a drink in Hammerstone’s face. Hammerstone swings at Holliday and misses, but he connects with Cesar Duran.
