WWE NXT UK REPORT: THE 200TH EPISODE, DRAGUNOV VS DEVLIN . . . WHO IS GONE?, AND MORE

Your announcers are Andy Shepherd and Nigel McGuinness.

We begin with a video package for tonight’s NXT Men’s Championship match between Jordan Devlin and Ilja Dragunov.

Match Number One: Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter versus Joe Coffey and Mark Coffey in an NXT Tag Title Qualifying Match

Mark and Carter start things off and they lock up. Mark backs Carter into the corner and Joe tags in. Joe with forearms to the midsection and a wrist lock and take down. Mark tags in and they work on the arm and they chop Carter. Mark with a wrist lock and Carter tries for a reversal but Mark holds on and maintains control. Carter with a kick and a side head lock. Carter with a head scissors and a kick into the corner and Carter flips to his feet. Carter mocks Gallus and then he gives Mark an arm drag into an arm bar.

Smith tags in and he hits a leap frog splash to the arm. Smith with a fireman’s carry and then he traps the arm and drops back to the mat. Carter tags in and hits a drop kick for a near fall. Carter with a forearm to the shoulder and Mark with a waist lock. Mark with a European uppercut to Carter and Joe tags in. They go for a double suplex and Smith catches Carter and they hit a double drop kick that sends Mark and Joe to the floor.

Joe gets back in the ring and Smith tags in. They lock up and Joe with a punch. Smith punches back. Joe with more punches to the midsection and a flying shoulder tackle. Mjoe with a kick and an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Joe with a splash into the corner and he Irish whip and back breaker. Joe holds his knee after the back breaker. Joe with a leap frog and he holds his knee. Smith with a running shoulder tackle for a near fall.

Carter tags in and Smith with an arm wringer. Smith slingshots Carter into the ring for a shoulder tackle and Carter gets a near fall. Joe with punches to Carter but Carter with a rolling leg sweep and he kicks the injured leg. Smith tags in and Carter with a kick to the injured leg. Smith pulls at the injured leg. Smith wrings the leg and Joe cannot get to his feet. Joe with an inside cradle for a near fall. Smith with a take down and an elbow drop to the injured leg. Smith with a spinning toe hold on Joe.

Smith gets a near fall. Joe with punches to Smith. Joe goes for a back slide but he cannot get Smith over. Joe gets the back slide for a near fall. Smith with a bicycle kick to Joe and he knocks Mark off the apron. Carter tags in and Smith back drops Carter onto Joe for a splash and a near fall. Carter with a running kick and they go for Silly String but Joe gets his knees up. Smith tags in and he stops Joe from making the tag. Smith with a front face lock. Joe gets Smith up to try to get him closer to his corner to make the tag but Smith with a sunset flip. Joe rolls through and Smith with a kick and he tags Carter back in. Carter tries to stop Joe but Joe with a back body drop. Mark tags in and he connects with clotheslines and double sledges. Mark with a half nelson slam to Smith and an elbow in the corner to Carter. Mark with an Irish whip and elbow into the corner. Mark goes to the turnbuckles and hits a bulldog for a near fall.

Mark goes for a half nelson slam but Carter with an arm drag and a rolling kick. Smith tags in and Mark with a belly-to-back suplex. Mark with a jumping kick for a near fall. Joe gets back on the apron and he wants to be tagged in. Mark makes the tag. They set for the high-low combination but Carter breaks up the cover. Carter sends Mark to the floor and Carter with a pescado onto Mark. Joe goes for the double jump moonsault but his knee gives out and Smith clips him. Carter tags in and Smith sends Carter onto Joe for a moonsault and he gets the three count.

Winners: Oliver Carter and Ashton Smith

We see Ilja Dragunov in the back as he prepares for his match against Jordan Devlin.

We go to footage from earlier today when A-Kid left Sid Scala’s office. A-Kid says he was asking for a rematch against Charlie Dempsey under Heritage Cup rules. They will have that match in two weeks.

We have a video package to recap the history of NXT UK and the wrestlers who have come through the company.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Emilia McKenzie is in the back and she is asked for her thoughts on Meiko Satomura’s successful title defense last week. Emilia says that Meiko showed that she is the standard of the women’s division.
Lash Legend ambushes the situation and she says that you must want to know what she thinks about the women’s division in NXT UK. She says Meiko . . .

Emilia interrupts and she says that all Lash has done since she got to NXT UK is talk and talk.

Lash tells Emilia she does not want any of this, and then she walks away.

Match Number Two: Nina Samuels versus Ivy Nile

They lock up and Nile backs Nina into the ropes. Nile with a clean break. Both women show off their biceps to the other. They lock up and Nina backs Nile into the corner and gives a clean break. Nile with a side head lock and take down. Nina with a head scissors and Nile escapes. Nina with a side head lock take down and Nile with a head scissors and she does some push ups. Nile rolls Nina through and does more push ups. Nile continues to roll Nina around the ring while Nina is still in a head scissors. Nina gets to the ropes to force a break.

Nile misses a forearm and Nina drops Nile’s head against the top rope. Nina with kicks and then Nina does some push ups. Nina with a forearm to the back. Nina with a snap mare and a leap frog neck snap for a near fall. Nina works on the neck. Nina takes Nile back to the mat and fish hooks her. Nile grabs the hand and Nile with kicks to the leg and head followed by an enzuigiri. Nile with shoulder tackles. Nina with a cross body and Nile catches her and hits a fallaway slam.

Nile with a Superman punch into the corner and a running heel kick into the corner for a near fall. Nina with a drop toe hold that sends Nile into the turnbuckles. Nile with a back elbow and she goes to the turnbuckles. Nina slaps Nile but Nile with a dragon sleeper from the turnbuckles and Diamond Dust but she holds on to the dragon sleeper and clasps the hands and Nina taps out.

Winner: Ivy Nile

We see Jordan Devlin in the back as he prepares for his match against Ilja Dragunov.

Damon Kemp says that Sha Samuels attacked him last week. He says he didn’t come to England to meet the queen, drink the tea, or eat the crumpets. He can to learn the nitty gritty. If Sha wants to attack him from behind, he has another thing coming and Damon says he does not like Sha’s odds.

We go to a meeting with Dave Mastiff and Jack Starz and Dave thanks cousin Tony for setting this up and we see that he is in the warehouse at the NXT UK Performance Centre. He says family is important. We need to remember those who aren’t here any more like Big Fat Paulie. Dave tells Jack they should get down to official business. Jack asks Dave what does he want to eat. Jack asks Charlie if he wants any dessert. Jack tells them not to ring the doorbell.

Dave asks Jack what do they have in store for Die Familie. Jack says he is going to make them kiss his ring. Dave asks Charlie to tell him the story about when he beat up those kids. Dave says no matter what happens in there, they stick together because there is nothing more important than family.

Jack asks ‘what does the eye’ see. Dave tells Jack to do it right. Jack asks Teoman ‘what does the eye see’ and Dave puts a donut up to his eye and he says the eye sees a couple of plonkers getting a hell of a beating.

Dave asks whose idea was this.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Joe Coffey is asked what is going through his head after their loss. He says they weren’t good enough. He says he should be a better big brother. He has disappointed himself and he has disappointed Mark. Joe walks awy.

Wild Boar says he blames Eddie Dennis for everything he went through last year. He says he is coming for his revenge. He tells Eddie that he is the hunted. You keep throwing your puppets at me and I will take care of them one by one. I am coming directly for you.

The Dog Collar match between Eddie Dennis and Wild Boar will take place next week.

We see Kenny Williams in a room watching footage of Tiger Turan. Kenny asks himself if he is crazy. He says someone is messing with him. Someone is stalking him and harassing him. Kenny says when he finds out who has done this, he will tear him limb from limb. You have made the biggest mistake of your life.

Match Number Three: Jordan Devlin versus Ilja Dragunov in a Loser Leaves NXT UK Match for the NXT UK Men’s Championship

They lock up and Ilja with a double leg take down. They lock up again and Jordan with a knee. Ilja with an arm drag into a side head lock. Devlin backs Ilja into the ropes and Devlin misses a punch and Dragunov with a slam and a side head lock. They lock up and both men grab the hair. Devlin with a forearm and Ilja fires back. They continue the exchange and Dragunov with a series of forearms. Devlin runs Ilja into the corner and Devlin puts Ilja on the turnbuckles. Devlin with a rake of the eyes when the referee tries to separate them.

Devlin chops Ilja on the turnbuckles and then Devlin with a chop. Devlin sets for Spanish Fly but Dragunov with a chop to stop Devlin. Ilja with forearms to the back and they exchange punches. Devlin goes for a superplex but Dragunov blocks it. Devlin with a brainbuster onto the top turnbuckle and Ilja falls to the floor. Devlin goes to the floor and sends Dragunov back into the ring. The referee checks on Ilja and Devlin kicks Dragunov in the back. Devlin with a kick to the back. Devlin sends Dragunov face first to the mat.

Devlin with a belly-to-back suplex for a near fall. Devlin with kicks and forearms. Ilja with a chop and he tries for a suplex but he cannot get Devlin up. Devlin with an elbow drop. Devlin with a snap mare and a leg drop. Devlin slaps Dragunov and Dragunov fires back with a forearm. Dragunov misses a clothesline and Devlin blocks a clothesline. Dragunov hits the ropes and he goes down after hurting his neck. Dragunov with a Konstantin special and tries for a clothesline but Devlin turns it into a Spanish Fly.

Devlin poses on the turnbuckles instead of trying to finish off the champion. Devlin with a forearm and chop. Dragunov with a chop to the chest and back of the neck. Devlin with a forearm and he blocks an enzugiiri and Devlin goes for a Cloverleaf but Dragunov blocks it. Devlin with a single leg crab and he stops on the head. Devlin locks in the single leg crab. Dragunov with kicks to the jaw but Devlin goes for a Boston crab but Dragunov flips Devlin over and Devlin blocks a forearm to the head. Dragunov with elbows to Devlin’s upper chest.

Dragunov with clotheslines and Devlin goes down. Dragunov with a waist lock and Devlin with a standing switch. Dragunov with a Konstantin special and discus clothesline and both men are down. Dragunov with a waist lock and Devlin with an elbow. Dragunov with a German suplex and he holds on for a second one but Dragunov with an enzuigiri and then he hits another German suplex. Devlin with elbows to the back of the head. Dragunov with a Gotch lift into a suplex and both men are down.

Dragunov goes to the apron and struggles to get to the top turnbuckle. Devlin hits the ropes and crotches Dragunov. Devlin pushes Dragunov to the floor. Devlin goes to the apron and kicks Dragunov in the back and then hits an Asai Moonsult. Dragunov is sent back into the ring and Devlin with a slingshot cutter for a near fall. Devlin goes to the turnbuckles and he connects with strikes to Dragunov’s back. Dragunov with forearms and punches from the turnbuckles and he hits a superplex and then he connects with a forearm to the head and falls onto Devlin for a near fall. Dragunov goes for Torpedo Moscow but Devlin moves and Dragunov hits the turnbuckles. Devlin with Devil Inside but Dragunov has his foot on the ropes but the referee does not see the foot on the ropes.

Winner: Jordan Devlin (new champion)

After Devlin is declared the winner, Johnny Saint and another referee come to ringside to advise the referee of what happened and that the match will be restarted.

Devlin stands over Dragunov and Dragunov with a head butt to counter Devil Inside. Dragunov goes for Torpedo Moscow and Devlin with a destroyer and brainbuster for a near fall. Devlin goes up top and misses a 450 splash and Dragunov with Torpedo Moscow to the back. Dragunov with clotheslines and knees. Devlin with two head butts and Dragunov with a German suplex. Dragunov with Torpedo Moscow for the three count.

Winner: Ilja Dragunov (retains Championship)
