Impact Wrestling Knockouts Champion Tasha Steelz was hurt during a tag team match against Rosemary and Havok at the Impact Wrestling on AXS TV tapings this past Sunday in Poughkeepsie, NY, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
During a tag team bout with Steelz and Savannah Evans against Decay, Steelz apparently landed wrong during a spot and was described as "out of it" afterward. One source believed it was a bump on the outside where Steelz took a clothesline and bumped too high, hitting her head but another source did not believe that was the moment of impact.
Steelz tagged out to Evans and was then tossed to the floor, where she remained and was checked out by medical personnel. Evans finished the bout alone. Steelz was helped to the back by referee Brandon Tolle and the medical personnel.
PWInsider.com is told that Steelz left the building later that evening under her own power. The nature of the issue has not been confirmed.
