WHO WAS THE LEPRECHAUN SETH STOMPED, BIG E, NXT UK, RHEA TALKS AND MORE

The Leprechaun that was stomped by Seth Rollins on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on NBC earlier this week was independent talent Chris Powers, who works in the Northeast for a number of promotions including New Jersey's UWA.  WWE's Pat Buck was there to produce the segment.

NXT UK Women's Champions Meiko Satomura vs. Isla Dawn will headline next week's edition of NXT UK.  The 3/31 edition will feature NXT UK Heritage Cup Champion Noam Dar vs. Mark Coffey.  They are building to Roderick Strong challenged NXT UK Champion Ilja Dragunov.

While it wasn't mentioned in WWE's announcement of her signing, new NXT trainee Amelia Herr was trained by The Monster Factory in New Jersey.  She's been wrestling the last several years as Notorious Mimi and has made AEW Dark appearances.

Phil Strum of LoHud.com, who has been writing about professional wrestling for many years, debuted a new podcast, Under the Ring this week with WWE's Rhea Ripley as the inaugual guest:

WWE has live events this Saturday 3/19 in Springfield, IL at the Bank of Springfield Center featuring WWE United States Champion Finn Balor vs. Damian Priest and Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Bianca Belair plus Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, The Miz and Alpha Academy locally advertised.

The Smackdown brand will be in Johnson City, TN tomorrow at Freedom Hall Civic Center with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre, WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos vs. New Day vs. Sheamus & Ridge Holland plus Sami Zayn, Sonya Deville Naomi and Sasha Banks advertised.

This Sunday 3/20, Raw will be running Moline, IL at the Tax Slayer Center with AJ Styles vs. Seth Rollins advertised on top. 

Smackdown will hit the late, great Bobby Eaton's hometown Huntsville, Alabama at the Von Braun Center with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre, WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos vs. New Day vs. Sheamus & Ridge Holland plus Sami Zayn, Sonya Deville Naomi and Sasha Banks advertised.

The WWE Ringside event in Ft. Worth, Texas takes place this weekend to help promote Wrestlemania 38 week.  Here are the complete details:

Celebrate The Showcase of the Immortals at the Walmart at 8401 Anderson Blvd., Fort Worth, Texas, 76120, on Saturday, March 19. and Sunday, March 20 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Fans in the Dallas/Fort Worth area will have the opportunity to experience WWE like never before.
