Tam Nakano, Waka Tsukiyama, and Mai Sakurai are off the card due to what the company described as “poor physical condition.” They made the announcement several hours before the show started. Nakano was supposed to be in the Top Contenders 3-Way Match today against Giulia and Mayu Iwatani. The match had a confusing stipulation where there would end up being two winners in the match and they would go on to earn World of STARDOM Title shots separately on 3/26 and 3/27. Today’s match is now changed to a singles bout of Mayu Iwatani vs. Giulia for one of those title shots.

They were supposed to have a pre-show Battle Royal, but with Tsukiyama and Sakurai now off the card it will be Momo Kohgo vs. Saki Kashima vs. Rina vs. Ruaka vs. Fukigen Death instead.

The show is in Japanese commentary only. It is available to order and watch as a replay on ppv until 2/1/22 and then it moves over to STARDOM World.

Momo Kohgo won a 1 vs. 4 Match over Saki Kashima, Rina, Ruaka, and Fukigen Death by the Over The Top Rope rule by knocking Ruaka and Rina off the ring and down to the floor in 6:37 of the pre-show match.

They showed Saya Kamitani on the big screen once again trying ask STARDOM executive producer Rossy Ogawa for a match against Kota Ibushi. And once again Ogawa was sitting at a desk in a meeting with the mystery woman. This time Kamitani got a really good close up look at the woman when Ogawa left the room.

Future of STARDOM Champion Hanan pinned Lady C with a Backdrop Hold in 5:56. This was her first defense. Momo Kohgo came out after to be the next challenger.

The Prominence promotion members Risa Sera, Akane Fujita, Suzu Suzuki, Mochi Miyagi, and Kurumi Hiiragi all casually came out to the ring unannounced with tons of confidence. They immediately called out Giuila to the ring and they want a match with her for one of the two shows at Ryogoku Kokugikan at the end of March. Suzuki and Giulia got into each other’s faces. The other Prominence members then grabbed Giulia and Suzuki was going to hit her with a hammer but Thekla and the other members of Donna del Mondo ran out to make the save. A brawl broke out lead by Giuila and Suzuki going after each other. Everyone fought to the locker room.

Starlight Kid and Momo Watanabe beat Utami Hayashishita and AZM when Kid pinned AZM after a Spanish Fly off the top rope in 9:43. The referee was accidentally bumped a couple of times in the middle of the fast paced exchanges between Kid and AZM, and then they knocked him out of the ring inadvertently. While the referee was down on the floor the other members of Oedo Tai ran in to help Kid and Watanabe. Kid gloated after the match and then she and Watanabe beat down Hayashishita and AZM to leave them laying in the ring.

The cameras showed Hanan joining the broadcast to do guest commentary for the rest of the show.

Thekla pinned Mina Shirakawa after the Poisonous Spider Death Drop to win the vacant SWA Title in 9:58. The title was vacated on 1/8/22 when champion Syuri relinquished it due to winning the World of STARDOM Title on December 29, 2021. Thekla is the 8th SWA Champion and this is her first belt in STARDOM after joining the company only a few weeks ago.

Goddesses of STARDOM Tag Team Champions Hazuki and Koguma beat Maika and Himeka when Koguma pinned Himeka with an inside cradle and she did it immediately after Himeka hit her with a lariat in 13:27. Himeka shoved the referee around after the match blaming him for the loss.

Wonder of STARDOM Champion Saya Kamitani pinned Unagi Sayaka after the Phoenix Splash in 18:47. The finish looked rough on Sayaka as both of Kamitani’s landed into her rib cage on the way down. A doctor got in the ring to check on her afterwards and she was able to walk to the back with Mina Shirakawa. There was no pay off yet on who the mystery woman is, so it looks like Kamitani will continue to investigate in the social media segments with Ogawa.

A video was shown plugging this year’s Cinderella Tournament on April 3 and April 17 with the finals on April 29.

Mayu Iwatani went to a 30-minute time limit draw with Giulia in the Top Contenders Match for the World of STARDOM Title. This was a fantastic match and a early Match of the Year candidate. Iwatani hit the Moonsault then time expired. When she got up from laying on Giuila, the cameras showed Giuila was noticeably bleeding from the chin. Giuila was given a towel to put pressure on the cut and she remained in the ring for the post-match segment. STARDOM executive producer Rossy Ogawa decided that both women earned a title shot for the end of March shows because of the draw. They cut promos on each other and Giuila will get her title shot on 3/26 and Iwatani gets it on 3/27. This was a classic pro wrestling match with no sign of Prominence from the earlier angle.

World of STARDOM Champion Syuri pinned MARAI after the overhead slam finisher 26:47. Giulia came out after to do a promo with Syuri to hype the March shows. Thekla, Himeka and Maika also got in the ring to help MARAI up. They all posed for photo ops together as Donna del Mondo to close the show.

This show was nonstop action with a lot of surprises and angles again. STARDOM’s pay-per-views are well worth the $40 USD price with the “must see” event atmosphere. This show started at 2:30am EST and I saw it was trending on Twitter at #7 at 5:20am EST during the Iwatani vs. Giuila match.
