WHY FORMER WWE TALENTS STAY COMPLIMENTARY AFTER THEY ARE RELEASED, DOUBLE J ON SMACKDOWN, LARRY Z AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2022-01-22 10:00:00

Why is that every single time we see an interview or a comment on a Tweet from a WWE performer that has been fired, they are all thankful for their time in the company and kiss the rear end of the place that just fired them and uprooted their life?

Well, a lot of times, they are still under a non-compete for the company so they still technically work there and in lots of other cases, the majority of those know that they will need a place to work one day, so they try not to cause ripples.

Do you think WWE had Jeff Jarrett on last night because he's working for the GCW promotion and this helps their lawsuit against MLW?

No.  It was Jarrett's hometown.  They did a quick cameo, nothing more.

Where is Larry Zbyszko these days?

Zbyszko is retired and living in Florida.  Ocassionally, he does seminars and convention appearances, but is pretty much just trying to enjoy life.

I saw that there was a Doink advertised for some conventions.  Isn't that an obviously fake performer given that Matt Borne is dead?

No, several people played the role beyond Borne, including Steve Keirn and The Brooklyn Brawler.  The Doink in question being advertised is Ray Apollo, who played Doink for WWF from November 1993 until the end of the character's WWF run.  He has every right to appear as the character.

You wrote Killer Kross has a movie role.  Do you know what it is?

No, it has not been announced yet.
