Dominic Garrini and Kevin Ku, who were members of Team Filthy in Major League Wrestling and are better known as the tag team Violence is Forever, have officially departed MLW, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
The departure was a completely mutual agreement. We are told that Ku and Garrini appreciated all the opportunities MLW provided them but all parties agreed that it was time for the duo to step away from the promotion in order to pursue new goals. Violence Is Forever are done and not slated for any additional MLW appearances.
The team most notably feuded with Ross and Marshall Von Erich.
Garrini, 31, is an extremely accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gold medalist who first debuted for MLW in September 2019. He has competed in hundreds of BJJ competitions and has won gold medals countless times in competitions. He was initially trained for professional wrestling by Johnny Gargano and Candice LaRae.
Ku, 33, who has been wrestling since 2014, debuted for the promotion in September 2020. He initially broke into the business in New England before moving to the greater Kentucky/Tennessee area, bringing his punk rock energy to professional wrestling.
Beyond MLW, the team has been active in Southern Underground Pro and Pro Wrestling Freedom, holding the Tag Team titles in each promotion. Ku has also held the PWF Championship. The duo worked for Beyond Wrestling last weekend.
