WHAT IS THE BITCOIN WALLET AND ITS USE

What is Bitcoin Cryptocurrency?

Bitcoin is a virtual currency that you can purchase, sell and trade directly with no third party such as a financial institution. The creator of bitcoins, Satoshi Nakamoto, first explained the need for such a payment system using cryptographic proof rather than trust in terms of who funds the transactions. The way it works is quite simple, every time someone sends a transaction to your address via the internet, you will receive an automatically sent receipt for that transaction. There are no third parties involved, hence no risks involved, which makes it one of the most secure forms of payment that you could deal with.

However, with such a revolutionary technology comes various other issues. One of them is security. Because of the innovative approach that was taken to make the transactions possible, several people have doubts about how safe this technology really is. Some are even suspicious about the possibility of a single person having control over the whole bitcoin wallet. This is basically because of the fact that the bitcoin client is opened all the time by a specific bitcoin node'.

What is a Bitcoin Wallet?

In simple terms, a bitcoin wallet is a software program that helps users interact with the Bitcoin Prime and its network. It keeps a record of all the transactions that have been made in the system. The users of the system are allowed to make transactions with anyone they want since it is controlled by a public ledger called the bitcoin block. Since there is no third party involved, it is considered to be much more secure than a traditional public ledger system transaction.

Why are there so many different coins associated with the bitcoin wallet? The purpose of this is to keep track of the different currencies that have been sent into and out of your wallet. The various coins that are in there act as a tracking system, letting you know which one did what. There are two different kinds of bitcoins: the bitcoins that are given out to the users of the system and the bitcoins which are kept by the nodes.

What is a bitcoin broker?

A bitcoin broker is like a financial broker. However, instead of getting their commission from selling specific currencies, they get their commission for facilitating the trade between buyers and sellers of digital currency. This type of broker can help facilitate the trade bypassing the appropriate information between the buyers and sellers of this digital currency. All that is needed is that the users of the system input the necessary information to make the transaction.

How does the bitcoin mining process work?

This is the section that actually provides the incentive for people to continue on using this type of system. The miners (or groups of miners) are the ones who actually help circulate the transactions among other users. The miners make their transactions through the use of specially developed software that is embedded into the bitcoin mining software. The software is also called the " bitcoin miners".

So how do you make a transaction?

Basically, the transaction of sending bitcoins from one address to another happens in a special kind of channel. The way it works is simple. You create a new account with the bitcoins you would like to send and then add your transaction to the existing pending transactions of the bitcoin network. When you have added your transaction, you will receive a confirmation notice from the bitcoin network.

This is basically how the bitcoin system works. It took four years and three months for the bitcoins to reach a total market value of over 21 million coins. As of today, there are still many skeptics out there who doubt that this technology can really change the world as we know it, but the bitcoin network has proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that anything is possible when one sets his mind to it.
