WWE NXT 2.0 has quietly dropped the mysterious Mei Ying character that was associated with Xia Li and Boa prior to Li moving up to the main WWE roster, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
Karen Wu, who has been working as Mei Ying, has received a new official NXT ring name, Wendy Choo.
Prior to signing with WWE, Wu worked as Karen Q for in the WWE Mae Young Classic, Ring of Honor and other promotions.
