WWE released details on their Wrestlemania 38 travel packages for April 2022 today and neither the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony nor a WWE NXT Takeover event were listed for the weekend. This year's Hall of Fame was a virtual event, so there's no telling if they will follow that taped format for 2022 or shift the ceremony to another weekend.
With the shift to a two-day event, there would be no need for a NXT Takeover event, although whether Takeovers will continue (and what form they will take) following the NXT 2.0 reboot remains to be seen.
The travel package listed the following events:
Friday 4/1 Smackdown taping at American Airlines Center
Saturday 4/2 & Sunday 4/3 Wrestlemania 38 at AT&T Stadium.
Monday 4/4 Monday Night Raw at American Airlines Center.
Wrestlemania AXXESS at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas.
A Monday 4/4 Fort Worth Stockyards Experiences with WWE talents followed by BBQ and "Old West photo experience" was also listed for the package.
