For those who have asked how the Matt Tremont vs. Atsushi Onita Double Hell Explosion match on 10/31 will be handled from a setup and technology standpoint, Onita will be bringing three engineers with him from Japan to the event. The storyline of the bout is that Onita, 63, has been calling out Tremont, who retired in October 2020, to face him and Tremont has finally agreed.
Officially announced thus far for the event, which will stream live on IWTV.Live, rain or shine from the Trenton Thunder Baseball Stadium in Trenton, NJ:
*Double Hell Deathmatch: Atsushi Onita vs. Matt Tremont.
*Hideki Hosaka Memorial Hardcore Rumble
*12 Man Tag Team Survival Match - 44.OH!'s Rickey Shane Page, Eric Ryan, Bobby Beverly, Atticus Cogar, Eddy Only & Gregory Iron vs. H2O's Chuck Payne, Devon Moore, Lucky 13, Ron Mathis, Jimmy Lyon & TBA.
*H2O HYBRID Champion Kennedi Copeland vs. Mickie Knuckles vs. Masha Slamovich vs. Jenny Rose vs. Kasey Catal.
H2O Wrestling have released $15 general admission tickets for the event at this link.
The event will be the largest undertaking to date for Tremont's H20 promotion out of Williamstown, NJ, which launched in 2016. There will be a pre-show meet and greet with a number of talents on the show, including Onita, with the plan being to sell signed posters and cards as well.
Onita vs. Tremont will headline a three night series of events that weekend with all of the events, including Onita vs. Tremont streaming live on IndependentWrestling.TV.
The show will also be released for digital download, DVD and Blu-Ray, the first H20 event released on Blu-Ray.
