Why is Impact running a PPV on a Saturday at 10 PM EST?

There are several reasons.  One, they'd have to go up against AEW Dynamite if they didn't.  We are told they looked into potentially moving the show to Sunday that weekend but decided it wouldn't be a viable solution.  Friday would have put them opposite Smackdown and AEW Rampage.  I don't think the move is such a  bad thing.  It's 10 PM EST on a Saturday and lots of UFC shows have started late at night.  If people want to watch the show, they won't care about the start time.   Bound for Glory is meant to be their biggest show of the year, so they had to do something.  I think this was the best solution for them, especially since with the show taking place in Vegas, they can still run it "early" for the live crowd.

Why has WWE never brought back the Brawl for All, even if it was a worked version?

WWE had so many injuries during the initial Brawl For All concept, it was scrapped and never brought back.  I am sure they could always try a worked version, but if the real version bombed, why try and do a worked one?

Back in 2005, WWE released Rhino, but then he was working for them doing the ECW angle and the One Night Stand show, so I was wondering what the deal was there?

Rhino had been released but was in the midst of his 90 day no compete so he was technically still under contract.  Since the company wanted the ECW PPV to be as authentic as possible, they still used him against Sabu at the PPV and as part of the storyline build for the show.

Does the Iron Sheik really tweet on Twitter?

I am guessing he has someone curating that account for him, but it sure is funny.

Holy grail shows you'd attend if you could find the Bill & Ted phone booth?

The first World Class Parade of Champions, The first Crockett Cup, any show with Flair vs. Steamboat headlining, there are 100,000 shows that would have been nice to attend live.
