A few readers wrote asking why there was no follow up on Aleister Black attacking Big E on tonight's edition of Friday Night Smackdown.
We are told that was actually a creative decision that was made to let the story hang for a week so as not to rush the feud So, for once, it was a case of creative letting things breathe.
We are told Black was at TV, as was Big E. They easily could have followed up with a Black promo but opted to hold off to slow down the story.
Update: I had a typo in my original post. Big E was indeed at Smackdown tonight.
